Pros:

Very clean lovely rooms..
Staff were lovely and breakfast good..

Cons:

Sadly only one washing machine and one dryer ..
whilst we were there someone left there washing in dryer for over 3 hrs hence myself and another lady were left waiting to dry our clothes.. not sure if they put monies in the dryer or if timer was broken as it states 45 mins which is more than adequate to dry clothes.. it was someone with kids as I ended up pulling there very hot clothes out of dryer .. actually it could have started a fire they were that hot

Great hotel, wonderful breakfast and staff, great location, noon checkout.
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing. Lots of variety for differing preferences. Our family of 7 loved it. The room was comfortable and they were able to connect the two rooms. They were attentive to our questions and we loved the noon checkout. The gym was really good too. Would definitely return. Thank you!

Cons:

The only thing that would have been nice was to have a hot tub. Other than that, we have no complaints. Thank you!
