B2 Krabi Ao Nang Premier Resort

Basic room. Not clean. Rude staff. Wouldn't give me back the room key deposit and had random charges for cookies that they had to check cctv to disprove. Made me switch rooms mid stay because of different rooms. They where the exact same.
No breakfast on site. No bar on site yet they have a pool. Balconies but your not allowed to smoke

Mountain View rooms don't have mountain views.

Rude staff who where not helpful or in anyway customer service orientated. Its definitely not a 4 star hotel that's for sure. Maybe 2.

❌❌❌🚫🚫🚫🚫 Bad experience as it’s not a resort at all, it’s more like appartment hotel.
be careful from the tourist stand there. We booked for the luxury boat, we had to pay extra to visit the islands , the wine was extra on the boat, the sound système was not working, the food doesn’t tasted good, the fruits old and stayed in the sun for hours. Then last but not least we paid for the transfer to koh samui at 9h30, they didn’t make the reservation for us so we went at 11h30, and we noticed that the price is much cheaper, and they didn’t give us the difference of the price !
They aren’t honest at all.

We booked a "luxury" room by the pool, but it was a nightmare. The bed was infested with bedbugs, and the staff only changed the sheets when we reported it. We asked for a room change and got a regular one on the second floor, with no compensation. Later, we saw the "luxury" room rented out again.

The pool was dirty, full of sand, and we found a large piece of glass in it. We also discovered a pair of underwear from previous guests on one of our chairs and an old lunchbox in the fridge. To top it off, the showerhead was covered in mold.

Half of the staff didn’t speak English, and when we asked to speak to a manager, no one showed up. Only a few of the staff members were nice.

This hotel was a huge disappointment and we’ll never recommend it.

Most expensive hotel I have stayed in during my trip to Thailand with the poorest service, awlful breakfast and unfriendly staff. Sheets were dirty, bathroom had stains all over the wall and wall was also cracked. Dirty nappies were left in the pool area and I had to inform a staff member to remove them. I was accused of taking a towel and as a result would have been scammed into paying for the towel. That I didn’t take., refused to return my passport until the towel theft was investigated. I only had a small rucksack with me and insisted that the manager checked my luggage. After waiting 35 minutes for the theft of the towel, it came to light that the cleaner had miscalculated and there was a spare towel in the room next to mine. No apology from the manager or any other staff member.Definitely not a 4 star hotel! Breakfast consisted of a pre packed wrap that is put on show in their counter fridge. Then warmed up for a minute when you request the wrap. To go with the wrap you are allowed either 1 coffee or 1 milk. Two small bottles of water are put in your room on a daily basis. If you want anymore then you pay an extortionate price for them. I asked if I could have another bottle of water due to paying for the breakfast but not taking it after seeing the processed stuff that went in it. I was refused the water unless I paid for it. Even thou I paid for the breakfast and not received it. The cost of the stay was just under &500 3 nights. Previously stated in Phi Phi and Koh Lanta for half the price with fantastic breakfast, service and facilities.

Facilities are ok. But service is not, they will find a way to charge you extra for ANYTHING. They accused us of having stained a towel and charged us 400bht because of the alleged stain... never seen this before... do not stay here, trust me!!!!!

Muy lindas instalaciones, el desayuno podría ser un poco más variado. Algunos detalles en los accesorios del baño pero en general muy buena experiencia. Personal muy amable.

Very good for the price. A bit far from the market and beach area

The front desk and staff were very nice. But we needed two pillows and two more towels and they didn’t have anything extra. Very sparse.

I booked a 5 night stay in the property. The was a motor running sound that was very loud in my room and it affected my rest at night. After the second night I requested to change to another room, but the new room was also the same as it was on the same floor. In addition the hot water showers were not working in the new room.

Trevlig personal, fint hotell, bra rum med ac, stor dusch och en liten bit från huvudgatan vilket vi uppskattade för att få det lite lugnare. Det som gjorde oss besvikna var frukosten som var oerhört enkel.

I like the room. It tidy and clean.
I don’t like the shower. It’s pressure is too low even when it’s fully turned on.

In general, the hotel is very nice and its price was quite low compared to the other hotels in Krabi. So the value for the price was fine.
First of all the room was very clean, the hotel staff was nice and helpful and I think its location is good because it's not really on the main streets of Ao Nang so you can enjoy the quiet and still be a short drive away from the center of things (4 min).
The motorcycle rental company that works with the hotel is excellent and highly recommended.
Even though we didn’t used the hotel facilities, there’s a nice pool and gym and big parking lot.

The things I liked least about the hotel are first of all the breakfast, which is very difficult to call breakfast so don't rely on it and go to another cafe. There is no breakfast, they serve a choice of coffee (no option of tea or other drinks) and a microwave heated tortilla that has several different options. I asked them for a vegetarian tortilla with cheese and after I took the first bite I discovered that there was chicken inside, which was quite surprising on their part because I am a vegetarian.

The water flow in the room's shower is really bad, it was hard to shower and the water went down so slowly. Even though we were a couple, we were given a single small bottle of shampoo and soap and it felt as they a bit cheap.

The bed was very uncomfortable, the mattress was super hard and I didn't sleep well the days I was there.
The motor of the air conditioner located on the balcony of the room and is very noisy. since we sleep with the air conditioner on, it was difficult for us to sleep with the noise.

Elegi la habitación con acceso a la piscina.. Desde las 7 de la mañana niños gritando y llorando en la piscina, sin respetar el descanso de los huéspedes. Pasando por mi terraza y mojando mi terraza.
El desayuno una gran basura. Es una fajita precocinada y un cafe.
El personal agradable pero no se enteran de nada, no entienden mucho el ingles.
Por lo demás es un sitio precioso, con jardines muy bonitos y cuidados, te hacen limpieza diaria siempre dejando detalles muy bonitos con las toallas, Y zona muy tranquila en medio de la naturaleza
El hotel es un lujazo si no fuera por el desayuno y la hora a la que abren la piscina.

It's a great place and clean 👌 overall good

This is a fairly newly opened hotel in an old building, the rooms have been partly refurbished in a low-quality fashion but some parts are untouched with signs of wear and tear. The bedlinen had big, yellowed stains all over and housekeeping just kept making the bed each day with the stains clearly visible without changing the linen.

The room was most basic and looks much nicer in pictures than in reality. Shower water pressure is low. Toiletries are provided but the bottles of shower gel and shampoo are tiny and need to be replenished every day which is very wasteful. Room soundproofing is so-so, likely an issue if your neighbors are loud.

The location is quiet and tucked away from the bustle of Ao Nang. It's about a 5min motorbike ride down to the beach. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you plan on renting a motorbike since the walk from the main road to the hotel is dark and uphill. There's motorbike rental at the hotel with standard pricing.

Just outside the hotel's property is a pizza restaurant and some way down the hill there's another restaurant, but if you get to the main road you're right in the action of eateries.

Personally wouldn't stay here again but it's an option if you're on a budget and want to stay away from the noise but still close to everything that is Ao Nang.

We spent 2 nights. I’ve read a lot of bad reviews but honestly I couldn’t fault the hotel on anything. If you are looking for a holiday resort with a large buffet breakfast then this is not the place for you. If you’re looking for a quiet base , room only, away from the busy seafront (10 min walk to main road and 30 min walk to beachfront) then i do recommend. Rooms were clean, great pool, it’s a 10 min walk to the main road with lots of eateries. We even walked up at night and there is enough lighting and foot traffic on the road leading up to the main road. Surrounded by lots of beautiful lush jungle and mountains. The gentleman at the travel desk was very helpful and we bought a very reasonable priced ferry transfer including transport to the harbor.

Hotel muy bonito, muy limpio, muy tranquilo. Cuenta con piscina, sala de ejercicios.
No hay transporte público pero un grab (uber) cuesta máximo 2 usd ir hasta la playa. Te dejan tu bolsa con jabón, shampoo, ph y agua si no pides que te limpien el cuarto, lo cual muchos hoteles no hacen. Super recomendado !

Hotel obwohl erst 3 Jahre alt schon ziemlich abgewohnt. Überall sind Mängel vorhanden die nicht repariert werden. Die Aussendusche beim Schwimmbad ist schon länger defekt und auch die Duschköpfe in den Zimmern sollten entkalkt werden. Auch die Glaswände der Duschen sind vermutlich noch nie gereinigt worden.
Das Hotel wird von Malaysier mit Kinder überrannt die mit Ihren Kleidern sich im Swimmingpool breit machen. Also wär hier Ruhe sucht ist definitv fehl am Platz.
Das Personal ist freundlich aber es fehlt an einem Hauswart der anstehende Reparaturen ausführt.

We are here in this hotel for almost 3 weeks now, travelling with a baby so thought stability for him would be good. Everyone who works here has made us fell like family since the beginning and they are the same with those who maybe only stay 1 night. The staff, from the reception to the room service, the pool guy Boom, the gardener, the tour sales people and the night watchman have all been fantastic, such lovely people who also do an incredible job everyday to make our stay memorable and to make the hotel grounds & rooms look perfect for everyone. A very lovely clean and fresh hotel in a beautiful location, immaculate gardens and a great pool area that is overlooked by the famous rocky cliffs of Krabi. Our room has been perfect and the housekeepers always make it up fresh every morning when we’ve nipped to the pool. Our son loves it here and the staff are amazing to him. The morning coffees are very well made and the breakfast wraps are a nice touch. A nice 15/20 minutes walk to the beach which takes you past the mosque food market in the evening. 10 min walk to 7/11. 80bht in a grab taxi home in the evening. As its away from the beach centre its very peaceful at night with only the wildlife of the jungle making noises. Literally next door to the jungle so monkeys are not too hard to see some days although they’ve not come into the hotel grounds which is also a plus.
