Overall, I had a great experience at the hotel. It is in an excellent location with a beautiful view of the Bosphorus, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming.

A special thanks to Mr. Muhammet and Emrah for their kindness, professionalism, and outstanding hospitality—they truly made my stay even more enjoyable.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul, especially the Beşiktaş area, and I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

Breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of food available. There was something to suit every taste, including hot dishes, fresh fruits, pastries, cereals, cheeses, and beverages. Everything was fresh, well-presented, and of excellent quality.

Są zdecydowanie lepsze opcje w okolicy. Od biedy ujdzie, ale kolejnym razem zdecydowanie wybiorę coś innego.

Od początku.
1. Sprzątanie pokoju w trakcie pobytu było niekompletne. Zostawione zostały śmieci, osad z mydła na kabinie przyszłościowej.
2. Śniadanie- kiepski wybór, obsługa „mająca czas”. Spora chwila mijała zanim dostałam nowy komplet sztućców.
3. Największym mankamentem była bardzo głośna muzyka z plenerowej imprezy odbywającej się pod moimi oknami. Specjalnie wybrałam pokój od strony parku, żeby było ciszej (zresztą zgodnie z sugestiami). Niestety, codziennie do późnych godzin nocnych impreza trwała w najlepsze a ja nie mogłam spać. Kilkukrotnie zgłaszałam problem w recepcji, natomiast nie zaproponowano mi żadnego innego rozwiązania. Przyjechałam tutaj do pracy, a przez hałas w nocy nie mogłam spokojnie spać. Od Obsługi usłyszałam: przepraszam, za 2 godziny powinno skończyć. No cóż, nie kończyli.
4. Słabo wyposażone SPA (brak na przykład basenu)
5. Brak bezpłatnego transferu lotniskowego który oferuje konkurencja
