The hotel and staff were lovely the location was awful but the free shuttle service made it better

The property was lovely the location was awful

Cons:

The room we had was so noisy lots of banging coming from outside. We booked this hotel specifically for the pool so that we could take our baby swimming on our trip. We had no idea that children were not allowed to use the pool so this was such a huge disappointment for us.

Fantastic, highly recommended
Pros:

Outstanding hotel for the price, so clean, fantastic roof top bar/restaurant and great bedrooms.

customer service was first class too and across the board

Cons:

But of a disappointment the garden area was not open but get it as was mid march and probably not expecting some nice weather whilst there. Also the spa is expensive for those staying

Wspaniały hotel i przesympatyczna obsługa
Pros:

Fantastyczny pobyt w przepięknym hotelu. Bardzo czysto. Wszelkie udogodnienia były dostępne w pokoju (nawet takie, o których nie myśleliśmy 😊). Ogromnym plusem było jaccuzi w pokoju, w którym można było się odprężyć po całym dniu zwiedzania Neapolu. Dodatkowo przemiła i pomocna obsługa. Czuliśmy się zaopiekowani 😊

Cons:

Niezbyt przyjemna lokalizacja, ale hotelowy busik do centrum rekompensuje tą niedogodność.
