я бы рекомендовала этот отель к заселению
Pros:

очень приветливый персонал, который всегда поможет при необходимости. продлили один номер без просьб, дали заехать раньше, в номере чисто, а с балкона открывается красивый вид. в отеле ежедневная уборка и хорошая звукоизоляция

Cons:

достаточно твердый матрас, к такому не сразу привыкнешь, постельное при заезде было с маленьким пятном. в одном из номеров не работал кондиционер, говорили об этом и просили исправить, потому что было очень душно, но ничего за три дня проживания не изменилось. все осталось на словах, но температура в комнате была около 30 градусов!!!! завтраки скудные

מרוצים מאוד!

נקי מאוד, מלון חדש. חדרים גדולים, צוות נעים. ארוחת בוקר טובה, אבל לא בשפע. היינו חוזרים למלון הזה גם בפעמים הבאים.

Pros:

Кайфовый новый отель. Все чистенько и очень уютненько. Персонал дружелюбный дал зонтик в дождь. Ванна и вид кайфы. В общем понравилось, буду в Тбилисе еще останавлюсь у этих красавчеков 💪😎

Хотелось бы блинчиков на завтрак :)
