Fijn hotel op loopafstand van MOE en metrostation.Kamers zijn ruim en schoon,koelkast en airco zijn aanwezig,Wifi werkt prima. Ontbijt is oké. Zeer vriendelijk personeel.Erg fijn is dat je late check-out kan bijkopen.

Prima accommodatie op 5 min lopen van MOE en metro.Net hotel met vriendelijk personeel,kamers zijn netjes.Ontbijt is niet speciaal,maar meer dan een pluspunt is dat je een late check out kan kopen. Prijs/kwaliteit zeer goed!

Great Location

Hotel op 5 min lopen van metro en Moe!
Ligt in een volksbuurt maar het is er veilig.
Na vriendelijke check in kwam ik op een nette kamer,fijn bed en badkamer.Kluis en mini bar anwezig,wifi uitstekend.Ontbijt is ruim voldoende,verwacht geen bijzonderheden,heb iedere ochtend prima gegeten.Wat echt een enorm pluspunt was is het personeel,echt iedere x zeer vriendelijk,top! Fijn was dat ik mijn kamer kon aanhouden,voor kleine vergoeding,tot 20u s’avonds. Prijs/kwaliteit is geweldig. Bij volgend bezoek aan Dubai kies ik zeker deze accommodatie weer!!

Das Hotel ist zweckmässig, liegt nah der Mall und das Hotel ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Zentrale Lage, nicht weit von der Metro und einem großen Einkaufszentrum entfernt. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Im Zimmer sind Seife sowie täglich frische Flaschen Trinkwasser vorhanden. Die Betten sind äußerst bequem und die Bettwäsche sehr angenehm.
Das Frühstück war gut – immer frisch und lecker.

What makes this hotel a pleasant place to stay is the staff. Everyone, from the front desk staff, to the housekeeping staff, and the swimming pool attendant, and the waiters at the restaurant, are very friendly, polite, attentive, and professional.
Little details are appreciated, like the orange or cucumber water dispenser by the front desk with dates to eat next to it.
The hotel is located in a working class neighborhood which is safe, quite enough, and near a metro station. There are lots of little shops and restaurants.
Special mention to Ahmed and Ahmedin at the restaurant who work really hard.
We bought the half pension option, which was pretty good, but breakfast is very crowded because the restaurant is small for all the people who go, and there is only one person clearing the tables. Many guests take food items from the buffet and fill up bags to take with them, the result is that the buffet runs out of things quicker than it should, they should be told taking food out of the restaurant is not allowed.
The worst thing about the hotel is the condition of the bathrooms, which is full of mold stains due to not having a window or even an air exctracror. More frequent maintenence would help with this problem. It is not pleasant at all to be in a bathroom in these conditions, and not for the price one is paying. I really think some sort of compensation would be in order.

Location of this property is good. Close by to malls, shopping and indian eateries. Staffs were helpful. Rooms are clean.

Good cozy hotel in a decent neighborhood. Very good value for money. They have breakfast included but it wasn’t very inclusive as we didn’t had good vegetarian options

Personale cortese, colazione ottima. Vicino c’è il centro commerciale secondo a quello del Burj, poi null’altro. Però si trova al centro tra la downtown di Dubai e Dubai Marina.
Stanze pulitissime e moderne.

No parking and the place was so crowded and traffic

Rooms were too small i had to check out the next dear after arrival sadly theres no refund breakfast i would give it a 1 out of 10

I’m so disappointed for staying in this hotel. I’ve changed the room because air conditioning sistem was broken and there was not hot water. The other room was better. But I had a problem with cleaning, house keeping servise was careless and every day I came to my room and it was nos made up. Recepciom stuff were helpful and trying to do their best. But unfortunately it was not enough. The location of the hotel is near to Emirates mall and metro station but where is a construction works and it’s difficult to go through it to the mall.

The hotel would be better off as a completely smoke-free building. We had a child, and the front desk informed us that only smoking floors were available. Besides this, the hotel was welcoming, all the staff of every department we encountered were helpful and polite, and the room was comfortable for our stay.
