Una estancia agradable, pero con aspectos importantes por mejorar en la atención
Pros:

Me gustó mucho el desayuno, la comodidad y las vistas de la habitación. También quiero destacar la excelente atención de Samuel durante el check-in, ya que fue muy amable, atento y nos explicó claramente toda la información de nuestra estancia.

Cons:

No me gustó la gestión de recepción durante la madrugada. Comunicamos que una de las chicas llegaría tarde y dejamos su nombre, aun así, la chica de turno no le permitió subir a la habitación y le indicó que me enviaría un email, algo poco práctico a las 4:00 a. m, cuando evidentemente estábamos durmiendo. Una de las chicas de la otra habitación tuvo que bajar a las 4:30 de la madrugada para tratar de resolver la situación. Además, a mis compañeras que habían llegado el día anterior les faltó información sobre los beneficios incluidos en la estancia. Esperábamos un trato más amable, dado que viajamos desde Nueva York y Santo Domingo expresamente para celebrar el cumpleaños de mi prima, y ni siquiera este detalle fue tenido en cuenta. Al final, fue después de presentar la queja y al día siguiente del cumpleaños cuando mostraron cierta amabilidad.

The staff were friendly and helpful

Cons:

We thought the price per night could have been a little more affordable. Also, the doors in the room (not the entrance door to the room), were out of alignment and would not close properly.
