Location was excellent, just a few stairs away from the entry to Old Town. Ulas was extremely helpful, he met us at the bottom of the stairs near the port and offered to carry our bags. We were given an upgrade as I informed them it was my partners birthday which was such a nice surprise. Facilities were excellent- stove top, kettle, washing machine, bath, fridge, freezer and coffee machine. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. View was amazing too!
Unfortunately the room smelt like smoke on arrival. Additionally the toilet seat didn't stay up on its own.
Hotel service was very nice, accomodating and helpfull. Room was spacious and quite comfortable, with a beautiful view of the bay as seen on pictures here.
The location is really confusing, pin on the map shows different building. In reality you have to take many steps way up hill and go behind local houses (doesn't look safe and clean). We noticed there was a mold on the walls in the room and in the bathroom. The toilet lid wasn't properly secured - it kept falling down while open. The noise from clubs nearby was very loud, I had to sleep in my airpods.
The view from the apartment was nice and the host was kind.
The property owner failed to mention on the listing and hidden from the photos of the property the amount of stairs that need to be climbed to reach the property. I had a friend with a broken foot staying with me that could not reach the property and had to book a room in a different hotel after he had arrived to Fethiye.
Brilliant location right near old town, but fairly steep trail to get up and down from the hotel, was fine for us but not sure my 80+ parents would like the climb. Staff do take bags up and down.

Нас никто не встретил .Приехали и оказались перед запертой дверью . Телефон , указанный на сайте не отвечал . Хорошо в двери нашли записку с мобильным телефоном . Когда пришел управляющий , то нам сообщил , что нам еще повезло , что он был рядом , а не уехал домой . В номере был запах табака , очень неприятно
Beautiful view of the mountain, town and marina. Room was spacious. Staff was friendly.
It’s next to a club that plays music until 5am. The walls vibrate and earplugs won’t help with the noise volume. The hotel is on a hill with no car access, you need to climb a lot of stairs which are dark at night.
Generous size and fantastic view
The 150 step climb for access was a surprise - didn’t see it mentioned anywhere. Fortunately we are fit enough but some would struggle.

Beautiful spacious room, amazing view from the room, comfortable bed, nice clean bathroom, has everything I needed. No complaints!
It's high up many steps but the hotel staff helped me by bringing my suitcase up to the hotel from the main street for me!

Шум ночного города и дискотек это огромный минус!!! Такое впечатление, что вы уснули на дискотеки. Крышка унитаза падает , раковина в с/у не работает. ,если не убрать крышку слива. Нет тапочек , что очень не комфортно. Нет чая, хотя кофе и сахар есть. Розетки на рабочей стене сделаны непонятным образом ( почему то очень высоко)

Was amazing.
There was a skirting in the main bedroom which was hanging off.
Big rooms and the suites had amazing bathtubs. The is a market at the foot of the hill to the hotel.
The hotel is hard to find, but the staff contacted me by Whstsapp and helped me find it. To reach the hotel, we needed to walk some alleys with steps.
Room very comfortable. Great location with beautiful view. I was only there overnight but I would stay for longer.
The location is excellent, close to everything with a beautiful sea view. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Ulaş. The only thing to note is that the hotel is on top of a hill, so there’s quite a bit of walking, but in the end the views and overall experience make it worth it.
The view is amazing. The young man who I imagine was the manager gave the most amazing service - he went above & beyond in his job for us.
The property was immaculate. Would definitely stay again
The hill is a little challenging for older people.
