Für eine Kreuzfahrt der perfekte Start!
Pros:

Die Lage zum Bahnhof war perfekt. Trotz einer belebten Umgebung und einer gut befahrenen Straße waren die Geräusche im Zimmer sehr gering. Eine gute Isolierung der Zimmer! Das Frühstück konnte man ohne Voranmeldung einfach am Morgen bestellen.

Cons:

Ich würde mir wünschen, dass das Personal am Empfang ein wenig aufmerksamer ist. Man hatte das Gefühl dass jeder Gast Stammkunde ist und die Gegebenheiten kennen muss. Hier wäre es wünschenswert wenn man das bei Ankunft einmal erklärt bekommt. Es kann natürlich sein dass es just in dem Moment nicht geklappt hat aber sonst der Anspruch des Hotels ist. Daher eher vorsichtige Kritik falls ich im falschen Moment da war 😃 sonst waren alle super freundlich, keine Frage.

Die Lage zum Wasser, zur Wunderino Arena

Cons:

Beim Frühstück fanden wir sehr schade das beim Obstsalat ob es im eigenen Saft oder Wasser war das Aroma des Obstes nicht mehr vorhanden war. Leider konnte man sich den Käse selber nicht aussuchen weil dieser vorgegeben war. Man hätte sich auch etwas anderes nehmen können aber nicht selber mischen denke ich
