Very good
Pros:

Clean, good value for money
Pros:

Nice rooms, view and balcony.

Cons:

Hygiene in bathroom was okay but can be improved. Also organisation of bathroom not logic toilet almost blocks the door and to enter its makes it tight ( i weigh 70kg with 186cm so not fat at all😂)

The check-in was smooth, thanks to the Front Desk Staff Chaitanya and other lady who were really helpful. The Hotel is located around 15 to 20 minutes drive from the main train station. Public Transport like Autos are available near the hotel. Hotel has a wonderful restaurant and the staff there too are very professional and courteous. Overall had a wonderful stay and will definitely stay again.

Perfect overnight stay between Goa and Hyderabad
Pros:

Spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed. Delicious food (we had dinner and breakfast). Ice cold beers in frozen glasses :-)
