Nice hotel with friendly staff. Inconvenient location
Pros:

The hotel itself was nice. It’s a new development area of Phnom Penh that I hadn’t stayed before. There are friendly staff and a nice pool. It’s a huge hotel good for banquets and parties.

Cons:

My only criticism was how far it was from where I wanted to be. If you don’t mind taking taxis to tuk tuks around town then it’s fine.

Oakwood Premier - AMAZING!
Pros:

Having stayed in Phnom Pehn a couple of time prior to our check in. We can honestly say that this hotel was by far the best we had stayed at in Phnom Pehn. The staff went above and beyond for us and our room was amazing bed was very comfortable, pillows lush and the showers were delightfully hot.

Cons:

Honestly couldn’t say anything bad about this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at Oakwood because the staff was exceptional. From the checkin to the breakfast, everyone was friend
Pros:

The staff was friendly. Can’t say enough about them. The rooms were well kept. Area was new and away from the Phnom Penh hustle and bustle.

Cons:

Depending on the room you got, it may be noisy from the ally dogs and roosters.

Have stayed at Oakwood multiple times in Phnom Penh and would choose it again!
Pros:

24/7 gym was well equipped and very clean, staff was attentive and quick to attend to our needs.

Top Hotel mit Verbesserungspotenzial
Pros:

Top Ausstattung und Qualität im Zimmer, nettes Personal, Frühstück war gut und abwechslungsreich

Cons:

Ausblick auf Baracken, Pool war Eiskalt _ konnten gar nicht rein deswegen, Essen hat ewig gedauert obwohl kaum was los war ca. 40 Minuten, sehr weit von den Sehenswürdigkeiten

Pros:

娘家族が別の棟に住んでおり、連絡通路で行き来できるのでこちらのホテルにしました。部屋もきれい眺めもよく、スタッフの方々も温かさやサービスが行き届いている感じがしました。ホテル内のマッサージも安心で気持ちがよく、フライトの疲れがとれました。

Oakwood geweldig!
Pros:

Hotel/appartement complex was geweldig, de kamers hadden alle faciliteiten, de gym was ook uitgebreid, personeel was super aardig en behulpzaam en het ontbijt/diner in Senses was geweldig.

Cons:

Zwembad was een beetje saai en de locatie was een beetje buiten de toeristische gebieden maar daarentegen maakte het hotel heel veel goed.
