Great location near sites and cafes, super friendly and attentive staff. Easy walking to Rishikesh and across the river to Tapova, we enjoyed top floor cafe - served Indian style dinner and breakfast. We found it pleasant to wander the streets without lots of people

È una bella struttura, recentemente ristrutturata. Avevo prenotato una stanza con letto matrimoniale e bagno personale. Non ho trovato la stanza pulitissima, ho trovato macchie e capelli nelle lenzuola, e anche il bagno non era molto pulito. A parte questo, la terrazza su cui si fa colazione è molto bella, e lo staff molto gentile.

You have to climb two floors by stairs and two floors by road to reach the building ground floor reception lobby.
Rooftop should be open all night. Why close it at 11pm ?
Should make the cafe open for all. View from rooftop is good.
The location of the property was central but up a short very steep hill.
Bed was very comfortable. Balcony was big. View was nice. Shower was excellent. Staff were friendly.
The property has a lift but it doesn’t start from street level, you have to climb 32 steps to reach the lift. I booked this property because of the lift because of mobility issues which make stairs difficult. So listing was misleading.
The room wasn’t all that clean on arrival. Hair from previous occupants all around. They did clean it on request. Bathroom was clean though.
It’s VERY overpriced. If we had paid rs3500 we would have been happy but it’s no way worth the rs7000 we paid.
Modern setting and helpful staff, nice little breakfast for a little bit extra, worth it!

The access to the property, there should be a signboard on the road and a helpline number on it as many may require help with carrying their luggage. Climbing up with the luggage without elevator (to the reception; afterwards, it is just perfect) was not pleasant. This is something to improve as soon as possible.
