Beautiful new modern hotel close to Harvard
Pros:

Beautiful new facilities and great rooms with excellent decoration and everything that you could need in the room.
A 20 min beautiful walk to Harvard.

Cons:

In such a new hotel it doesn’t make any sense to have the ice machine (which was in front of our room door) open right onto the hallway.

Pros:

The front desk ladies are wonderful. However, the young men who work the front desk are clueless. I have stayed here at least 9 times, and I am in a wheelchair. The ladies always place me in a handicap accessible room. The young man who checks me in did not offer a handicap accessible room or even a shower chair. He just wanted to check me in and get me out of his way.

The lack of common sense.

Ottima struttura nuova, pulita e accogliente. Colazione a disposizione semplice ma non cara e buona

Cons:

La carta del ristorante all’interno é limitata e non proporlo interessante. Una sera non disponibile per evento privato. Non é la stessa gestione ma si potrebbe comunque comunicare meglio con gli ospiti. Un po lontana dal centro

We had a wonderful weekend at this property that met all our needs except one: quiet. There was a private wedding reception in the hotel restaurant Saturday evening. The music from the band—especially the drums—reverberated in our room four floors above and made sleep elusive. We will definitely stay here again, but will ask if there are any receptions scheduled. If so we will request a room on the other side of the hotel.
