Hotel correcto no es correspondiente a las 5 estrellas que tiene
Pros:

Me gustaron las instalaciones , estaba limpio , el trato del personal normal.
Instalaciones modernas.

Cons:

La ubicación me daba sensación de inseguridad . El parking no estaba incluido en el precio , lo cual no me parece bien, ya que el precio de la habitación era elevado

Bardzo dobry hotel
Pros:

Pokój bardzo wygodny, przestronny. Bardzo wygodne łóżka, dużo poduszek. Czysta, duża łazienka, dobre ręczniki. Prysznic typowy amerykański więc niezbyt wygodny w użytkowaniu. Codzienne sprzątanie. Klimatyzacja dobra, ale szkoda że nie można otworzyć okien.

Cons:

Lokalizacja. Okolica to typowa zabudowa domków jednorodzinnych. Nie ma blisko żadnych knajpek, w hotelu nie ma śniadań a dojście do najbliższych knajpek że śniadaniami zajmuje 20 min. Podobnie do stacji metra. Zresztą transport publiczny w Bostonie nie jest rewelacyjny. Jak jesteś samochodem to może nie jest to problemem.

I enjoyed my stay.
Pros:

The hotel was nice and the staff was friendly. I liked the complimentary coffee in the lobby.

Cons:

I didn't realize when booking it was a valet only parking situation. That was an extra expense I didn't plan for.

A fine hotel that requires Uber to get to places.
Pros:

Large comfortable room. Pleasant staff.

Cons:

No breakfast (their take-away breakfast options are too minimal and the restaurant next door opens only at 10:30).
I would prefer a self-parking option.

Beautiful new modern hotel close to Harvard
Pros:

Beautiful new facilities and great rooms with excellent decoration and everything that you could need in the room.
A 20 min beautiful walk to Harvard.

Cons:

In such a new hotel it doesn’t make any sense to have the ice machine (which was in front of our room door) open right onto the hallway.

Pros:

The front desk ladies are wonderful. However, the young men who work the front desk are clueless. I have stayed here at least 9 times, and I am in a wheelchair. The ladies always place me in a handicap accessible room. The young man who checks me in did not offer a handicap accessible room or even a shower chair. He just wanted to check me in and get me out of his way.

The lack of common sense.

Ottima struttura nuova, pulita e accogliente. Colazione a disposizione semplice ma non cara e buona

Cons:

La carta del ristorante all’interno é limitata e non proporlo interessante. Una sera non disponibile per evento privato. Non é la stessa gestione ma si potrebbe comunque comunicare meglio con gli ospiti. Un po lontana dal centro
