La ubicación es buena .

Cons:

Que sus instalaciones son muy incómodas para el precio que se maneja y que el personal desde los bellboys, recepcionistas y el personal de seguridad son muy groseros y parece que siempre están oliendo 💩. Deberían de ser mas amables ya que se les saluda y parecen burritos como si la virgen les hablara .

La propreté des dames de ménage. Exelente travaille e très sympathiques.

Yes était en chantier dans le hall de entrée. Çi j'aurais pas payé là totalité avant de arrivé jamais je serais resté. C'était a la limite du soportable on respiré la poussière du marbre qu'ils poncée sans aucune protection. Les produits toxiques jusqu'à dans les ascenseurs..pour ce genre de travail l'hôtel devrait condamnée l'entrée et changer l'emplacement de bureau d'accueil..

Un hotel muy agradable
Pros:

Excelente ubicacion cerca de la central camionera de Monterrey y a lado de una estacion de metro, excelentemente posicionado el hotel en ese aspecto, los alrededores si dejan un poco que desear pero tener un restaurant 24 horas tambien es una excelente plus

Los alrededores del hotel son lo unico que nos desagradó, si hay que tener cuidado si viajas solo
