ביקשתי לבטל ללא תשלום בגלל פרוץ המלחמה עם איראן בבוקר בו הייתי צריך לבצע צ׳ק אין. מרכז השירות סרב לטפל בבקשתי מכיוון שהזמנתי דרך בוקינג. הפניתי את הבקשה דרך בוקינג למלון ולא קיבלתי כל מענה. מאכזב!
