ביקשתי לבטל ללא תשלום בגלל פרוץ המלחמה עם איראן בבוקר בו הייתי צריך לבצע צ׳ק אין. מרכז השירות סרב לטפל בבקשתי מכיוון שהזמנתי דרך בוקינג. הפניתי את הבקשה דרך בוקינג למלון ולא קיבלתי כל מענה. מאכזב!

הזמנתי שני חדרים עם מרפסת לצערי המחיר שגביתם היה מופקע לחלוטין המחיר במלון היהכ890 לחדר ללילה ואתם גביתם 2090 ללילה זאת ועוד חוייבנו עוד על שתי ארוחות בוקר 220 שקלים. זה מופקע מוגזם ולא מקבלים שום ערך לכסף ששולם.
