Pros:

Very nice clean hotel on the in between Monaco & Cannes. Do need a car or long Uber trips but I was ok with that because I did rent a car. Better than staying in the old expensive hotels around Cannes. Good value for money would definitely stay there again.

No fridge in our room but we werent told upon checkin so we were surprised when we got to room with our leftovers and when we called front desk they said they were being serviced so they knew "ahead of time ," I just wished they told us,.....

DREADFUL STAY - ARRIVED SYSTEM WAS DOWN SO COULDNT CHECK IN, NO CHANGING ROOMS, HAD TO CHANGE IN THEIR PUBLIC TOILETS WITH NO AIR CON, NO SHOWERS OFFERED, WHEN ASK FOR A DRINK OF WATER IN BOILING HEAT YOU WERENT ALLOWED AS ONLY TOOK CASH EVEN WHEN I SAID CANT I PUT IT ON MY ROOM. HOSPITALITY DREADFUL AND DIDNT KNOW HOW TO TREAT GUESTS. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

Very good bus outside front door but no local shops
Very comfortable and good self service breakfast
Lotions shampoo conditioner kettle and coffee maker in room plus tea and coffee
Walking not an option need taxi car tram or bus
Arriving take free tram between terminals need wheels to walk from tram to hotel across main road

Pros:

Convenient to the Nice Airport was our primary motivation. After checking in we wished we were staying longer. Restaurant was excellent. Roof top bar and bistro and pool a delight. Breakfast included was extraordinary complete with omlette bar. Makes it worth rooting your air travel connections through Nice.
