Muy recomendable
Pros:

El personal fue muy amable, Fernanda la chica del front desk, me hizo un cambio de habitación porque la que me asignaron no cumplía los requerimientos solicitados y me dio alternativas para estar más cómoda. Es lo que uno esperar de un hotel y del servicio.

Pros:

Good location - MetroBus station in front of the hotel with direct connection to many tourist attractions, despite lacking of metro in the vicinity. Despite being in a commercial area, many restaurants, convenient stores and even laundry are located nearby. Good breakfast with a wide range of selection and friendly staff. Room was quiet and nicely decorated.

Confortablemente citadino.
Pros:

La ubicación , es fantástica, muy buenos restaurantes a solo unos pasos. Aun cuando el hotel esta en una zona muy congestionado por el trafico, las habitaciones tienen buen insonorización.

Cons:

El área de recepción es muy pequeña, también el estacionamiento es diminuto y los taxis tienen trabajo para recoger a la gente afuera del hotel

Cons:

Hice mi check-in alrededor de las 8:00 pm fui a mi habiatación y mientras me duchaba alguien tocó la puerta, salí de inmediato y la persona abrió la puerta de mi habitación con una llave de cerradura normal, por suerte yo habpia puesto uno de los seguros, el de arriba. Cuando pregunó quién es, me dice la mujer que intentó entrar "señor le traigo una almohada extra que falta en su habitación". Le dijo, no soy señor y gracias pero no necesito otra almohada. De hecho tenía cuatro alohadas. Llamé a recpeción y el joven no tenía idea de lo que había pasado. Me dijo que notificaria a los supervisores. Le pedí que me devolviera la llamada para saber qué había pasado. No lo hizo, tuve que llamar de nuevo. Según su respuesta "era una camarita que se equivocó y que llevaba una almohada que habpian pedido". Lo cual no tiene sentido para mí. No pude dormir bien y debía salir a las 4:30 am.
Por otro lado, aun no recibo la factura de pago de la noche que pasé alli, y ya la he solicitado.
