Pros:

Excelente hotel. Aunque es pequeño, para descansar un poco e ir a actividades está perfecto. La ubicación está genial, pudimos movernos en transporte público pues básicamente enfrente tienes una parada de metrobus. La zona está llena de restaurantes, cafés y tiendas departamentales. La comida muy buena y la atención excelente!

Un hotel muy cuidado, y se agradece.
Pros:

Excelente localización, muy buen gym, las suites están muy bien decoradas y las amenidades son muy originales.

Cons:

Que cobren el estacionamiento y es un poco incomodo rellenar la botella de agua solamente en dos lugares en pisos lejanos.

La falta de organización demoraron en entregar la habitación, no nos dieron suficiente toalla , hice reserva para tres personas y solo tenían registrados para dos, me toco pagar el desayuno adicional los dos días que nos hospedamos.

Gute Lage, große Zimmer.
Personal sehr hifsbereit.

Cons:

Schlecht gedämmt vom Strassenlärm.
Wasser in der Dusche war nie warm.
Bett rollte etwas davon und krachte, das war etwas nervig.

La ubicación es muy buena, frente hay una estación del metrobus, muchos restaurantes, frente una Chedraui, muy cerca el WTC

Pues me tocó habitación en el piso 19 y esto lo anoto porque cuando reservé y leí los comentarios algunos decían que por estar en Avenida transitada en la habitación se escuchaba mucho el ruido de los coches, entonces yo quiero poner que nosotros dormimos excelente sin ruido.

Muy recomendable
Pros:

El personal fue muy amable, Fernanda la chica del front desk, me hizo un cambio de habitación porque la que me asignaron no cumplía los requerimientos solicitados y me dio alternativas para estar más cómoda. Es lo que uno esperar de un hotel y del servicio.
