One of the worst hotel stays I have ever experienced. The cleanliness was unacceptable, the room was dirty, and the bathroom was filthy. During our 3-day stay, the room was not cleaned at all until we complained to the reception.
The receptionist was not polite and told us that the hotel was large, there was no cleaning service available, and room service was impossible. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel charging such high prices.
In addition, the air conditioning did not work properly, making the room feel like a closed box with no fresh air or ventilation. Overall, the service, cleanliness, and facilities were far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

L’un des pires séjours à l’hôtel que j’aie jamais connus. La propreté était inacceptable : la chambre était sale et la salle de bain était très sale. Pendant notre séjour de 3 jours, la chambre n’a pas été nettoyée avant que nous ne nous plaignions à la réception.
La réceptionniste n’était pas polie et nous a expliqué que l’hôtel était grand, qu’il n’y avait pas de service de nettoyage disponible et qu’il était impossible d’obtenir un service en chambre. Cela est totalement inacceptable pour un hôtel aussi cher.
De plus, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas correctement, donnant l’impression d’être dans une boîte fermée sans air frais ni ventilation. Dans l’ensemble, le service, la propreté et les installations étaient très en dessous des attentes. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel.
من اسوأ الاقامات بالفنادق من ناحية النظافة وتعامل الموظفين وقحين التنظيف للغرف قذر والحمام قذر وخلال 3 ايام لم يتم التنظيف الا بعد ماتكلمنا مع موظفة الرسبشن التي لم تكن مهذبة وقالت الفندق كبير ولا يوجد تنظيف ومستحيل يوجد خدمة الغرف وغالي جدا والتكييف لايعمل وكأنك في صندوق بدون اكسجين
Tren istasyonuna ve merkeze çok yakındı. Odalar gayet temiz ve genişti. Otelde terlik ve bornoz mevcut ancak ayrıca talep etmeniz gerekiyor.
Een mooie kamer hoog gelegen met mooi uitzicht op de stad.
Het was een warme dag en we hadden gehoopt op goede airco. Spijtig genoegt werkte de airco zeer slecht op zowel de kamer als de andere ruimtes.

Got a room next to the Elevator, it was very noisy and could not sleep on day 1!
Upon requesting to change at reception, I was told that hotel is full!
There was no attempt made to check possibility to find another room on Day 2 and 3 either. I was requested to use earbuds while sleeping!!

Chambre soignée, avec une domotique la rendant très agréable. Elle était spacieuse.
Le personnel est très sympathique.
La localisation est bonne ; proche de la gare du Nord et à quelques pas des rues de l’hypercentre.
Nous n’avons pas eu le temps d’aller à la piscine / spa mais ils avaient l’air super.
Huippuhotelli kaikkineen. Sijainti loistava. Aamupala loistava. Ainut valittamisen aihe on, että altaalla liikaa porukkaa, koska sitä ei valvottu. Tunnin vuoro piti varata kerrallaan, mutta se ei pätenyt. Aurinkotuoleja liian vähän. Ylhäällä (22 kerros) vedenpaine myös heikko ja lattiakaivo veti vähän kehnosti.
Close to the city center , pretty new
Basic amenities like slippers, bathrobe, vanity kit, and shower cap were no longer provided unless you called reception for everything. No water refill and no garbage takeout either if you don’t call to tell them that you need your room to be cleaned, again you need to request everything.The hotel hides behind the “green” concept, but as a guest I felt more like a needy person constantly asking for basics. Unfortunately, I will not stay here again.
