Excellent séjour !
Pros:

Très très bel hôtel extrêmement design. Idéal pour prendre des photos ou se prendre en photo.
Personnel agréable et serviable.
Piscine chauffée en rooftop idéal pour se détendre après une longue journée de balade.
Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées.
Propreté au top, le ménage était fait tous les jours dans notre chambre.

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner est très onéreux à mon sens alors je n’ai pas pu le prendre.

Cons:

Its very strange the policy of prebooking. I had a notification that they will take as a guarantee only 50 eu per day and now its more than 10 days that i have 500 euro blocked in my card. I was willing to pay cash since the first moment of arrival but was not allowed due to a policy which was not written anywhere in booking notification. I supposed to freeze the total amount of the payment plus the guarantee and pay cash only at check out. Have written to the hotel several time and the delay if the release of the guarantee is causing me problems to book my next trip. Awfull

It used to be far better!

Cons:

Housekeeping was a disaster: the room was far from perfect when checking-in and cleaning was forgotten 3 days in a row.

Even though this has only happened once during my many stays, I was blocked in one of the elevators this time. Pressing the emergency bell did not trigger any human response, and the door only opened unexpectedly after about two minutes. I’m sure this is very rare, but it was quite a frightening experience!

C'est dommage !
Pros:

Nous avons passé un week-end au Cardo. L'hotel est bien placé, les chambres sont magnifiques et l'accueil chaleureux.

Cons:

En revanche, les services proposés ne sont pas vraiment à la hauteur. La piscine est bien mais beaucoup trop chaude c'est presque irrespirable, et les abords y sont très glissants. Nous avons également appris que les peignoirs et chaussons allaient bientôt être payants! Par chance ce n'était pas le cas pour nous mais c'est aberrant de devoir payer pour cela dans un hotel déjà dans la fourchette haute niveau prix …
Par ailleurs, nous avons commandé à manger via le room service. Nous avons attendu 40 minutes pour recevoir nos plats, qui par ailleurs n'étaient pas fameux. Le carpaccio baignait dans l'huile tandis que la salade césar, elle, se noyait dans la sauce.
C'est dommage! L'hotel est bien mais l'expérience est un peu gâchée par les services décevants.

Moderne, à côté des commodités.

Tout était très propre, moderne, pratique

Cons:

Quand nous sommes allés à la piscine, il n’y avait plus de serviettes à disposition, seulement un tas de serviettes sales posées au sol. Mais nous sommes allés à la réception, et nous avons pu en récupérer.
