Was part of our Italian Honeymoon and this Hotel did not disappoint in the least

Excellent accueil.
Le bâtiment est sublime. Assez simple de se garer autour.
La ville est à 20 min de marche ou 5 min en voiture.
La piscine est agréable.
Petit dej très copieux.

Super comfortable bed and beautiful building with great aesthetics. Not close to town centre but that would not matter for everyone.

Beautiful and so amazing. The staff are so hospitable and made our stay with family so enjoyable. The hotel is tastefully decorated and the details are meticulous! Breakfast was excellent with much variety! We would definitely return and stay here if back in the area!

Beautiful property, great staff, amazing breakfast and gorgeous grounds. If they had parking on site it would be better.

This hotel was absolutely gorgeous! It felt so special and unique. The room was large and comfortable and the hallways were magnificent to look at. I would go back in a heartbeat!

To me it was a 3 stars hotel. Breakfast was not good . Not a good variety in bread and cheese. Cheap breakfast. What ever was finished in the room it was not replaced. We had to tell them every day to replace something. Every time we showered it was a flood of water.

Estrutura espetacular , embora um pouco distante do centro estorico. Tudo isso foi compensado pelo espaço, incluído uma igreja dentro do monastério. Os funcionários são incansáveis. Nota 10. Voltarei ano que vem.

This hotel is an amazing place to experience
Every part of the old monastery is beautiful and our room was beautiful. They managed to keep the character but add modern elements. The staff is very helpful in every way and the food is very good. It is close enough to the historical centre by car but not to walk in the high heat. I would love to stay there again!

Great personnel, friendly, helpful and patient, even with me being tired and unpatient after a long trip…great room, airy, beautifully equipped, nice seats on the vast terrace. Beautiful building! Then great lunch in the hotel restaurant with very nice staff again! Parking along the street opposite hotel or parking lot just 2 steps away.

El sitio hermoso e imponente, el servicio buenisimo. Se debe contar con auto para ir al centro historico

Lugar impresionante arquitectonicamente hablando. Es muy agradable vivir la experiencia de estar en un monasterio. Ducha y cama excelentes y todas las comodidades en la habitacion. El servicio de restauracion de 10, tambien una experiencia gastronomica de 10 a un precio muy razonable

Vi havde forventet rolige omgivelser, da det var et tidligere kloster. Desværre var et bryllup i gang, med et live-band foran vores balkon. Selv med lukkede døre, var vi ufrivilligt en del af festen. Vi kunne slet ikke nyde hotellet. Flygtede derfra, og vendte tilbage om aften, da vi skulle i seng.

I’m currently on a Smithsonian tour through Italy with a group of 22 people. We had confirmed reservations at this hotel for three nights. Shockingly, just one day before our arrival, the hotel canceled all of our bookings, citing an overbooking issue. This last-minute cancellation forced the Smithsonian team to scramble to find alternative accommodations for the entire group — not a simple task for international travelers. The only available option was a hotel located out of town, which now requires us to be bussed in and out daily for our scheduled activities. This situation has added unnecessary stress and inconvenience to what should have been a well-organized and enriching travel experience. I would not trust this hotel again and strongly advise others to proceed with caution.

Incrível este hotel. Tudo funciona perfeitamente. A recepção é ágil e simpática, com destaque para Sara e Anna. O café da manhã é maravilhoso e completo, com destaque para a brasileira Beatriz. No hotel funciona o Restaurante Gimmi com uma estrela Michelin. O maître Alessandro, é super simpático. A arquitetura é lindíssima. Uma boa caminhada do centro histórico de Lecce. Valeu demais! O quarto e banheiro são enormes!

Nice place, good breakfast, very nice people

Eine Beäwertung, die durchgängig 5 Sterne (für das Hotel, das einstige Kloster, sollten 6, 7 * möglich sein, um es entsprechend zu "benoten") aufweist, mag genau so unglaubhaft wirken, wie ein Zeugnis voller Einser. Aber nur dieses begeisterte Lob wird ihm - einigermaßen - gerecht: Fantastisches Gebäude, ein spät mittelalterliches Kloster, modernst und geschmackvollst ausgebaut und eingerichtet, reizendes Personal, wunderbares Frühstück und ganz raffinierte Küche im dazugehörigen Restaurant Gimmi.
Unsere Tage - insbesondere die grandiose Silvesterfeier - bleiben uns unvergessen und erfüllen uns mit großem Dank an das tolle Team dort und das einmalig schöne Ambiente.
Ach, gut gelegen ist das Hotel/Kloster außerdem und obendrein herrlich ruhig.

This was an excellent and beautiful hotel with a very good breakfast buffet that had a full and wide selection of food every day.
