I recently stayed at this property and, unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations, particularly given the price point of £200 for one night.
Firstly, the listing advertises the accommodation as having two bedrooms; however, in reality, it consists of one bed upstairs and another downstairs in an open-plan layout, which does not provide the level of privacy typically expected from a two-bedroom property.
Upon arrival, there was a homeless individual camping directly outside the property who behaved in a confrontational manner. This created an uncomfortable first impression and raised concerns about safety.
I also experienced significant difficulty accessing the property. The entry system via phone was unclear and did not work properly, requiring me to call the emergency contact number. The staff member who responded was unhelpful and, at times, rude—ending the call abruptly without resolution. When she later came to assist in person, her manner remained dismissive and unprofessional. There was no acknowledgement of the inconvenience caused, nor any apology for the situation. I also raised the issue of the individual outside, which was met without concern or reassurance.
Additionally, the key card provided did not function at all, leaving phone access as the only option.
While the apartment itself was clean and visually pleasant, several aspects detracted from the overall stay. The shower was underwhelming, and the check-out time of 10:30am felt early given the cost of the stay.
Overall, while the property has potential, the poor customer service and issues with access significantly impacted my experience. As a result, I would not choose to stay here again.
The apartment is amazing and the location is great for a bit of quietness. Facilities have absolutely everything you would need.
The beds were not for us as they are very low to the floor which was uncomfortable but this is due to the extremely low ceilings. Unfortunately we struggled to sleep both nights.

Although it was a studio apartment, the space was well used. Good location, was handy within walking distance of liverpool's main attractions and Liverpool one bus station.
can see how it would be suitable for a family, but as two couples travelling together there was little to no privacy. It wasn't the cleanest, dirty carpet upon entry and marks on walls etc. Both mattresses were hard as a rock so sleeping was a difficulty - pull out mattress was on the floor, and the 'real' bed was on a wooden platform, and wasn't a thick mattress at that. Walls and floors appear to be thin, we could hear everything that was going on in the building.

J'avais l'appartement 7, très bien arrangé, bel équipement complet à la cuisine, avec machine à café nespresso. Il y avait tout ce qu'il fallait. L'appartement est moderne, la salle de bains très fonctionnelle et très belle. Et le logement est très bien situé, à 10 minutes à pied de la gare centrale (Lime Street), à 5 minutes des musées comme la Walker art allery ou le World Museum.
Vous êtes dépendant d'internet pour accéder au logement, car il n'y a pas de réception. Donc il faut avoir internet (je n'avais pas d'internet à l'étranger) et la batterie de votre téléphone chargée). Mais il y a une présence de 10h à 16h à l'intérieur du bâtiment, dans les bureaux au sous-sol. J'ai pu téléphoner et quelqu'un est venu m'ouvrir. Ensuite, vous avez une carte pour ouvrir les portes, carte qui se trouve dans l'appartement. Le matelas n'était pas confortable, vous sentez les ressorts métalliques...

Only thing was apartment was quite cold tried using radiators n werent rlly getting warmer however thats probably a problem from my part and not using them properly .
The apartment was so clean, plenty of space and absolutely no hassle checking in/out. Second time staying and will definitely be back.

Really overrated. Said it sleeps 8 - it’s sleeps 2 in one double bed and there is a sofa. Really overheated apartment, you have to pay £10 to speak to staff after a certain time.
