Pros:

My favourite place to stay in Liverpool. Not all rooms are equal as they are different sizes with different themes so pick which one you think you will enjoy most. I prefer the cosy cabin and futuristic themed rooms. Some rooms are incredible and very different to the norm. A hidden gem.

It's fine for the cost
Pros:

Pretty well located in regards to city access. Easy to gain access Via flexipass. Appliances looked relatively new.

Cons:

Apartment was tired in places and there was stains on the rug. Not as much fault of the apartment there was someone outside taking drugs in an alcove opposite the entrance. There seemed to be a bit of this in the surrounding area.

Flooring in kitchen area was somewhat uneven. We both thought it might be the underlay or something but it's not even. It's almost at an angle.

Pros:

Second visit to these apartments, this time I stayed in the Old Red, a studio, which was plenty big enough for 2 people, and super-comfortable and clean. I'd choose this studio again as there's plenty of space and all facilities.
Any questions or requests were answered immediately and customer service was excellent.

Cons:

I had to ask for more towels as there was only 1 set there but it was no problem at all.

Pros:

The property was clean and well equipped.

Cons:

The stairs ! The location it was close to Liverpool city centre but the actual location of the building didn’t feel safe . So much so someone tried to start a fire outside the main entrance door

Nice but room for improvement.
Pros:

It was very clean and modern.

Cons:

That the ceilings in both bedroom were below standard height. A warning was given about the top room but not the bottom room. My husband couldn’t stand up in either bedroom.

The heating seemed difficult to control as well and the coffee machine did not work. Plates, cutlery etc were a bare minimum.

Ok but not sure I would stay again . Could be so much better

The apartment was nicely designed and location was quiet

Cons:

It says parking on road outside but u can’t as roadworks and building works , states u can park in there car park but couldn’t get in contact with anyone to book this and it should be free as they have a massive car park attached . The wires in the back of the tv are a massive safety hazard so couldn’t use the tv in the apartment unfortunately .
Cleanliness on the upper of the room was full with cobwebs so obviously wasn’t cleaned throughly and awful smell coming from bathroom sink due to drains which is not nice
