المكان مريح شكرا لكم
Pros:

مكان الاقامه معقول طاقم العمل لم يكن متعاون بالقدر الكافي لم استطع الوصول اليهم الا نادرا كان التعامل مع السيده التركيه التي تسكن و تعمل بالعقار و كان يوجد مشاكل تسريب ماء بالحمام و لم يتم الاستجابه من طاقم العمل مع العلم بابلاغي لهم اكثر من مره و حتى عند الخروج و تسليم الشقه لم يأتي احد للاستلام فقط قمنا بترك المفتاح بالباب و لم اكن اعلم حتى اين القاء القمامه بالخارج

التعاون و الاهتمام من طاقم العمل اكثر و لكن السيده التركيه فاطمه كانت في قمه التعاون و اللطف

لا تتكرر ويوجد خيارات افضل بنفس السعر

المكان كان عادي جداً وصغير وضيق عبارة عن غرفة نوم ضيقه وصالة صغير عبارة عن ممر لدورة المياة البلكونة والسعر يعتبر مرتفع عليها
الميزه فقط قربها من المطار و وجود شطاف في دورة المياة هذا افضل شي 😄
الموظف محترم وبشوش ويقدم الخدمة وساعدني في حمل الشناط.

Cons:

ضيق المكان السرير غير مريح جداً يعور الظهر بسبب انه سرير نفر منفصل وحاطينها جنب بعض وصاير فيه فجوه بالنص

الشقة نظيفه ولكن الغرف صغيرة دور أرضي علما أنه لم يظهر وقت الحجز دور أرضي وأفاد صاحب السكن بأن الحجز دور أرضي ولم يتعاون معنا بإعطائنا دور علوي متحججا بالسعر علما سعرها عالي بالنسبة للشقه مقارنة بشقق أخرى أنظف وأفضل موقع منها

شقة جميلة في طرابزون
Pros:

كل شي، مكان مرتب، وآمن، وقريب من المطار ومن المجمعات التجارية، والمحال والمطاعم، شكرا للعاملين خاصة موظف الاستقبال، وفاطمة موظفة النظافة، جعلونا نشعر بأننا في بيتنا. انصح به

لا يستحق نجمه ولا أنصح فيه وللأسف ندمت على السكن فيه

النظافه وقرب الخدمات وتعامل الطاقم

Cons:

ضييقه جدًا ونظام السباكة قديم من عهد قارون وحركة الماء داخل المواصير مزعجه ليل نهار و جيرانك كنهم عايشين معك صوتهم يوصل بشكل غريب

إقامة جيّدة بالشقة
Pros:

الموقع والتعامل موظف الاستقبال والشقّة واسعه ومناسبه لعائلة متوسطة الحجم.

Cons:

مشكلة دورات المياه عامة على اغلب الشقق في طرابزون وهي الاضاءة ضعيفة والتهوية سيئة
