Pros:

Wunderschöne Unterkunft mit einem tollen Blick über Kas und das Meer. Unterkunft war sauber und hatte alles was man braucht. Die Kommunikation war einfach und freundlich. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Very quiet and beautiful hotel. There are no restaurants nearby. You always need taxi ot your own car. But the place is stunning. If you are looking for something quiet, that’s the best option.
Rooms are very big and clean. But housekeeping come every 3-4 days.

Pros:

Çok güzel manzaralı, oldukça temiz bi konaklama deneyimi aldık. Girişten çıkışa kadar hiçbir problemle karşılaşmadık. Sadece odamızın önündeki alanda tam rahat edemedik, çünkü yan odalarla bizim balkonumuzu ayıran tek bir paravan vardı, bir de sağ tarafımızdaki daireye gitmek isteyen komşularımız bizim balkonumuzdan geçmek zorunda kalıyordu. Yinede bu bizim için çok büyük bi problem olmadı, çünkü herkes gizliliğe yeterince saygı duyuyordu tabiki.

Manzarası gerçekten çok guzeldi, yatağı, kliması banyosu oldukça rahattı. Biz genel olarak çok memnun ayrıldık, size de tavsiye ederiz.

wir haben nicht das Zimmer erhalten was uns bestätigt wurde (siehe Bild), anstatt dessen haben wir ein Zimmer in der unteren Etage erhalten mit weniger aussicht.
Das Mobiliar als auch die Einrichtungen waren nicht in gutem Zustand;-
- Bad-Türe liess sich nicht schliessen
- Sockel von Küche war kaputt
- zum Teil tote Insekten am Boden bei der Ankunft
- das Insektengitter zum Balkon war komplett kaputt, nicht im Rahmen befestigt)
- die Balkontüre liess sich nicht schliessen
- Einrichtungen von IKEA
Der Vermieter liess sich nicht einmal blicken, weder bei der Ankunft, noch beim Aufenthalt noch bei der Abreise
Alles in allem enttäuschend.
Das einzig gute war die Aussicht, aber das hätten wir aber auch mit einem Hühnerstall gehabt!

Nice experience in the hotel, perfect location along kas peninsula. 5 min drive to city center, Mr Qassim ensures your comfort and extend the easy virtual check-in, perfect location, very clean rooms and good parking availability and will definitely come back to them.

The hotel’s room is net and clean. The wiew is perfect yo seeing The sea. But balcony adjacent to side balcony. It iş vere bad. You can see your next door neighbor clearly. I don’t like this.
