Pros:

Good location. Friendly staff and security personnel. The lobby was improved. Elevators are spacious. Beds were comfy. A few tables and chairs were added in the waiting area. A convenience store was just on the ground floor.

Cons:

The rooms need to be well-maintained. The bar in the clothes organizer was broken. The bed lamp was not working. There were tiny roaches that appeared, especially when there was trash. Corridors needed regular mopping. The maintenance needs to be more efficient.

Cons:

The security guards were helpful and courteous. However, the front desk staff were inconsiderate. They did not allow early check-in for online bookings and charged ₱200 per hour for it. I arrived early in the morning, but they showed no consideration for my situation, so I ended up paying for a walk-in reservation instead.

After I checked out and was waiting for my pickup, I asked if there was a public restroom available. I was told that there wasn't one. I don't understand how a hotel can treat its guests this way. The lack of flexibility and basic customer service was disappointing.

Acceptable budget friendly accommodation
Pros:

Modern hotel in a nice position, close to many POIs and to public transport on the main road

Cons:

My room was not completely clean upon my arrival: garbage, hairs and food residues found around abs on the floor. Bad smell inside the room. Staff informed and they proceed with a better cleaning
