Pros:

Die Aussicht von unserem Hotelzimmer war ein Traum. Das Hotel bietet alles um einen erholsamen Urlaub zu genießen, daher kann ich es jedem nur empfehlen.

Magnifique hôtel
Nous avons passé un incroyable séjour.
Le petit déjeuner était très copieux et délicieux.
Le personnel est vraiment très attentionné.
Si nous revenons à Alaçatı, nous réserverons de nouveau sans hésiter à Soliport.

Great location and value for families and couples.
Pros:

Great value and location. Rooms were spacious and comfortable for a family and small baby. Service from Amir at reception and Ali and the team at breakfast was great.

Cons:

Sometimes you need to ask for things a few times for it to get done - but it’s OK because we realized the person who we were asking ended up leaving the hotel (resigned from his job).

Pros:

Otel deneyimimiz gerçekten çok keyifli geçti. Personelin güler yüzü ve ilgisi bizi çok mutlu etti. Kahvaltı oldukça zengin ve lezzetliydi, güne böyle güzel bir başlangıç yapmak harikaydı. Ayrıca manzara kesinlikle görülmeye değer, huzurlu bir ortam arayanlar için birebir. Her şey için teşekkürler, tekrar gelmeyi sabırsızlıkla bekliyoruz.”

Dopo la Cappadocia un po' di mare
Pros:

L'hotel è senz'altro di una categoria ben superiore al mio voto, belle camere, zona intorno ben curata e posizione ideale per chi ama il mare. La costa intorno ad Aliçati è notevole il mare pure, ma non sempre, dipende dal vento. Non si può dire lo stesso delle spiagge ricoperte da cicche di sigarette. Tornando all'hotel, la colazione è molto abbondante, interessante e ben curata. Questo vale specialmente per chi gradisce cose salate. Per chi ama una colazione con roba dolce, non trova la stessa varietà di proposte. Non è una critica, è solo una osservazione. L'overtourism di cui si parla in Europa qui in questa zona non esisteva.

Cons:

La cosa spiacevole credo sia sostanzialmente imputabile ad un management non sempre all'altezza. La prima sera mancava il lenzuolo o una sopra coperta. Sollecitata la reception non è successo nulla, ci siamo coperti con gli asciugamani per la doccia. La seconda sera non c'erano nè sapone, nè bagno schiuma per la doccia, c'era acqua dentro il contenitore. Dopo un sollecito è arrivato qualcosa. Il terzo giorno nessuno ha fatto la camera. Quindi deduco che nessuno verifichi il lavoro degli addetti ai piani. Un altro problema è la mancanza di personale che sappia parlare inglese in modo comprensibile, per cui per capirsi bisogna utilizzare il cellulare e Google Translate. Indicazioni turistiche, ristoranti o altro? Cercateveli da soli o parlate turco.
Peccato, una bella struttura in mani forse non all'altezza.

netjes, mooi gelegen. Mooie zwembad wel aan de koude kant maar de zon compenseert het.

Cons:

De service bij restaurants. Moet lang wachten en vergeten deels je eten. Hotel was mooi, en de locatie was goed gelegen. De service is heel slecht. Als jij als personeel zucht tegen over je klant en laat zien dat je geen zin hebt om te werken kan je beter gewoon thuis blijven. Puur door 1 dame heb ik letterlijk 3 dagen geirriteerd gezeten daar. Haar naam was volgens mij Tugba. Hebt dit ook aangegeven bij personeel.

Erstklassiges Hotel in toller Lage
Pros:

Eine super schöne und große Anlage mit einem hervorragenden Pool mit Blick auf die Marina, einfach fantastisch.
Das Hotel bietet einen tollen Spa Bereich und ein relativ großes Fitnessstudio, welches jedoch etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit und Instandhaltung braucht, dazu später.
Das Personal war super und der Zimmerservice immer zuverlässig und sehr zufriedenstellend.
Das Frühstück ist erstklassig, so reichhaltig und vielseitig mit bestem Service. Auch hier genießt man den Blick auf den Hafen / Marina.

Cons:

Die Geräte im Fitnessstudio waren zum größten Teil ausgeschaltet und bei Seite geschoben, schade!
Die Reinigung hat oft die einige Stellen vergessen zu putzen, die Gläser / Tassen wurden nicht immer ausgewechselt und der Tee/ Kaffee wurde nicht aufgefüllt.
Der Weg zum öffentlichen war etwas weiter als der zum Surf Strand, jedoch war es da nicht so gut zu schwimmen.

Alacati Family Summer break
Pros:

Nice resort , near to the city center by car ,face the see but not on the beach .

Cons:

1- To get 2 Entry card for your room you should make complain and arrgument with receptianist staff , they only offered 1 card for 2 person.
2- you should check the F&B bills before sign ,since the price not as clarify in their menu through the QR manu ??!! at the end they apoligies and correct all bills.
3- It is semi open buffet breakfast you should requested alot of things are not available on the table like ,jouces,eggs, ham,salami , hoddog ...,etc.

Nous avons séjourné quelques jours dans cet hôtel avec mon mari et nous avons adoré notre expérience. L’accueil a été chaleureux dès notre arrivée et tout le personnel s’est montré attentionné et professionnel.

Notre chambre était très confortable, propre et parfaitement équipée, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié : la tranquillité, la vue, la piscine.

Tout était réuni pour que nous passions un moment reposant et agréable en couple. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement et n’hésiterons pas à revenir lors d’un prochain séjour.
