La stanza senza finestra e'orribile, e poi per entrare in struttura con la macchina dall'entrata principale, blocchi il traffico per scendere dalla macchina e bussare per farti aprire la barra oppurre addirittura la notte anche il cancello

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura con grandi aspettative, purtroppo totalmente disattese a causa di una gestione organizzativa davvero carente.
Al nostro arrivo ci è stata consegnata una camera diversa da quella che avevamo richiesto (volevamo una camera con finestra che si affacciasse sull’esterno).Dopo aver segnalato l'errore, siamo stati costretti a diversi "tentativi" perché la signora della reception non conosceva tutte le camere. Alla fine ci è stata assegnata una camera diversa, ma il disagio di dover spostare bagagli e perdere ore del nostro tempo ha rovinato l'inizio della vacanza.
L'aspetto più grave, però, non è stato l'errore tecnico, ma l'atteggiamento della direzione. A fine soggiorno abbiamo cercato un confronto con il Direttore dell'hotel per spiegare le nostre ragioni e il disappunto per il disservizio subito, ma abbiamo trovato un muro di gomma. Abbiamo sentito il Direttore dire alla reception di comunicare che era in riunione e non ha voluto ascoltare le nostre lamentele.
Un hotel non è fatto solo di mura e arredamento, ma di accoglienza. Se chi è al vertice sceglie di ignorare il feedback degli ospiti e di nascondersi nel proprio ufficio, l'intera esperienza ne risente. Peccato.

C'è di meglio.
Pros:

Posizione - parcheggio interno - wifi gratuito e perfettamente funzionante.

Cons:

Sono capitato all'ingresso sbagliato, che però è quello segnato su Booking. Quello giusto era 100m più indietro, ma non visibile perchè l'hotel è in corrispondenza di una rotonda: la receptionist non sapeva indicarmi come arrivare all'ingresso giusto, perchè "io non guido la macchina".
A colazione il caffè è Nescafè solubile: una ciofeca.
Promettono vista montagna, e invece vedevo solo un terrazzo chiuso e altre finestre di fronte.
Colazione con vista parcheggio.
Doccia piccola, scomoda e con le portine che scorrono male perchè mezze rotte.
