Noisy!!
Pros:

Easy to find.

Cons:

New hotel but cheaped out by installing noisy AC/heat under window units. No sound deadening - could hear street traffic all night.

Overall, it was a nice, comfortable stay.
Pros:

I really liked how friendly and helpful the staff were. I also appreciated having the option to cook for myself, but it was such a nice treat to be able to go downstairs and enjoy a good breakfast instead.

Cons:

The room faced the freeway, so it could be a bit noisy at times. The power was also controlled by the key card, and the closet light stayed on whenever the card was inserted, which felt a little overbearing.

Pros:

Clean modern facility, with large clean rooms, wonderful shower and nice breakfast for free.

Cons:

Not the hotels fault but this area is still being built out, so restaurants are not within walking distance, uber or delivery are options.

Bed bugs
Pros:

Room seemed clean only thing that happened is that my husband 6 month old and I got attacked by bed bugs I called and contacted the hotel and they seemed unconcerned about it said that they clean the room daily. I don’t know what that has to do with bed bugs but okay just beware of that before booking

Clean, comfortable, has a full-sized kitchenette
Pros:

TownePlace Suites in North Las Vegas is conveniently located off I-15. We picked it because it would be an easy shot to the Las Vegas airport for our noon flight home after our visits to three National Parks in Utah.
Check-in was fast and easy; Cece was super nice, cheerful and friendly.
The room was clean and comfortable. Nice desk area. Plenty of room to lounge on the sofa. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We just stayed one night, but the kitchenette would be perfect for longer stays. It was stocked with real (not disposable) glasses, cups, dishes, etc. There was a refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher.
The only minor issue (for housekeeping, not us) was that the glass shower door only enclosed the first half of the shower stall. You had to aim the shower head toward the side, not straight back, or water sprayed out onto the floor. But that’s was the bath mat was for, I guess.
The complimentary breakfast was very good…lots of choices for both light and hearty eaters. Great coffee.
