The Suites were beautiful, the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were absolutely spacious and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and were always there to answer any questions and made our stay so enjoyable.
There is nothing I would change. They are adding extra space that will include a restaurant and bar and I look forward to coming back to see the new addition. However, there are so many wonderful restaurants and bars that are easy to walk to that having one on sight is really not necessary. The small grocery store is easily walkable as well and you can stock your kitchen.

This was an amazing place to stay. First time in Belize and the condo was so comfortable and serene. Right on the beach with amazing views. Walking distance to all the major restaurants and nightlife. Unit A3 is my new vacation spot. Love it. 😍
We stayed at El Diamante Beach Resort for my Birthday with my husband and his two sisters. From the moment we stepped on property we were treated like extended family. Lisa Foreman is the property manager, such a sweetheart and went above and beyond along with Hillary in the main office. The Houseman Jahir is here from sun up working on the pool and attentive to guests needs for water jugs and keeping the ground clean along with day time security. At sun down you will meet the Security Guard Marcos. He has become such a good friend and very good at what he does. There is not a security threat here at all, he is here more to make sure no one is abusing the resort rules. Everyone here is extremely kind and personable. There is construction finalizing on the back building that when finished is going to be amazing and also have a restaurant and bar. Even with this happening it is still a beautiful property and even the construction worker are pleasant and happy to help with any needs we may have.
Lastly I would like to mention the Developer Lisa Guerrero who has brought her idea and this creation to life on the Island of San Pedro. Down to earth, friendly and makes an effort to visit the property every day to make sure construction, staff and all guests are happy. We have stayed on the oceanfront units C2 and A2 which are immaculate with amazing views of the caribbean. During the day we sat on the balcony with our coffee watching the boats go by. The evenings enjoying a glass of wine overlooking a beautiful infinity color changing pool.
The property is located across from Tropic Air and Maya Airlines. Walking distance to all restaurants along the beachfront. I will be back regularly from now on and only stay here at El Diamante Beach Resort Oceanfront units. My favorite unit has to be C2 with a home feeling with special little touches in the unit that make it feel like a home and not a hotel.
Absolutely wonderful facility and a very good location! Very clean and well appointed. Walking distance to some great places to eat. Staff treated us well and that was very appreciated.

Diamante was the perfect place to stay for our vacation. It's within walking distance of the airport, grocery store, and restaurants. Once you step off the deck, you're on the beach. It is also close to a golf cart rental place. The room, towels, and bed linens were clean. We stayed in D2 and it has a good view of the water. Would stay here again!
Everything was perfect and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend and will be returning soon. Thanks Diamante for making our first trip to Belize awesome..
I’ve been coming to Belize for 25 years and this resort is absolutely one of the best of the best. I would highly recommend the ocean front rooms with big bay windows in the living room and master bedroom. The furniture is comfortable and brand new, the kitchen is as large as the kitchen in a regular house, the bathroom hasessentially its own hot tub plus a massive walk-in shower. Everything is brand new and so clean you could eat off of it. The location is perfect just steps from the little airport in San Pedro and it’s really just a stunning place. Absolutely amazing. The hot tub by the ocean is an extra treat, it’s hard to top sitting in a hot tub looking at the ocean, and the star is at night.
Me and my friend had a lovely time at Diamanté. The suite was very spacious with an amazing view on the ocean which was very relaxing. The staff was very nice. The hotel is well located, with a beautiful pool in front of the sea. I highly recommend!
Absolutely stunning penthouse in the heart of San Pedro! The views are incredible, the space is spotless and stylish, and the location is unbeatable — right by the beach and close to everything. The pool and the the hot tub have an amazing view on the ocean. Highly recommend for a luxurious stay in Belize!
Our stay at this oceanfront hotel was absolutely perfect! The units were impeccably clean — truly spotless — and clearly maintained with great care. Every detail was thought of, from a fully stocked kitchen to plush, comfortable bedding and beach-ready amenities. It felt like a true home away from home, just steps from the sand and sea. The views were breathtaking, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. This property had everything we needed for a fantastic vacation. We can’t wait to come back! Everyone on staff was very helpful and accommodating.
Diamanté was truly just a wonderful place to stay with what we considered a perfect location. The place was beautiful inside and out and their staff was super helpful. The finishes inside were very nice and the bathroom was over the top luxurious! We will definitely be back…and maybe never leave! 😊
The location was perfect ! Very central location yet secluded at the same time . The condo was spacious and very nice ! The pool was perfect ,sunny for a few hours then shady . Staff was so friendly and helpful ! Blue water grill was next door if you wanted food or drink . Can’t wait for the restaurant and bar to finish at Diamante. Will definitely be going back there again !
Diamante suites has excellent customer service. The condo was amazing and clean. The stay was very conveniently located. Hilary made sure we were taken care of! She arranged transport for us from Belize city and had our golf cart waiting when we checked in. The condo was extremely clean and had plenty of towels and other necessities for a great stay. This building is so close to the center we only had to use the golf cart a couple of times.
Diamante Beachfront Suites is THE place I've been waiting for on Ambergris Caye! It is condo-type logging (i.e., units have full kitchens), it is directly on the beach, and it is close to the heart of San Pedro town (i.e., most restaurants and shops are within a 5-10 minute walk). It is new (in fact, 5th building is not quite complete), the units are spacious and well appointed, and the staff is friendly, courteous, and very helpful. Hillary arranged virtually everything for us, from pick up to drop off; and we felt that everyone on staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. This was my 4th trip to Ambergirs Caye and I've stayed in various types of accommodations, both in town and north of town. But this is clearly the best of all worlds in my view. I can't imagine staying anywhere else on future trips.

Pools and hot tub are well maintained. Property is under construction for new building but we did not find much disruption.

Beautiful location Rude Staff. Construction is horrible. This should be disclosed with pictures. We were notified but not explained in detail thinking it was a neighboring resort. Several things in room didn't work. Maintenance guys were nice and tried to fix issues

Great location! Walk to airport. Walk to dinner. Walk to shops. Walk to excursions. Condo was very nice and very spacious. Staff was very responsive and helpful. Responded to text messages right away. No good beach swimming at any hotel near this, but that was ok. We went to Belize to snorkel, not sit on hotel beach.
