The location was perfect, within walking distance to all major sites. Spanish Steps were only 2 minutes away, making it easy to catch the sunrise before the crowds arrived!
Only down side is the reception is not 24/7, for example I wanted to check out early on the day of departure to maximise time but reception did not open until 9:30/10am.

Great location. Lovely rooftop terrace for breakfast. Great room size.
Need to pre arrange out of hours check in and at time of my arrival no one on site. But staff were responsive and attended after a short wait.

El desayuno era en la terraza del edificio, variado y bien atendido. La atención de Roxana fue espectacular, hasta me ayudo a recuperar mis valijas que perdió Iberia en Madrid. La ubicación a pocos metros de la plaza Spagna, permite llegar caminando a todos los lugares de interés de Roma, O sino tomar el metro allí o tener una parada de taxi en la plaza.

Brilliant location and the staff & room was great
Risky—-We were stuck in lift and missed our taxi to airport, it is simply because they dumped all laundry bags in the ground floor and it was 6:30 am no one was in hotel where we kept shouting and lift was not returning to 1 - after long press at 1 as what they taught us…. Very risky to use lifts— no staff— no one to help— very bad experience— even they don’t answer emergency calls and whatsup—- where I spoiled my sholder because of this

מלון דירות מקסים וחדש נקי ומטופח עם מקלחת שווה במיקום נהדר סמוך למדרגות הספרדיות פקידת הקבלה מטאה היתה מקסימה והמליצה על מסעדה טובה באזור

La ubicación excelente, cerca de todo, y cerca de metro y buses, eso fue genial.
Almuerzo bueno??? Fue la.mayor decepción de mi vida, súper, pero súper escaso, pone una tarta el lunes y la misma esta toda la semana.. pone pan y mi problema fue encontrar el pan, y luego podían croissants y como no había otra cosá me comi 3, y me salta la chica, si q te gustan, perdona si no hay nada más, y ya no te digo la chica durante el desayuno todo el rato con el móvil. Volvería al hotel quizás su pero no cojais el desayuno,
