Lage war top und Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage in unser Zimmer war Kaputt(34 grad tagsüber in Rom!) konnten erst am 2 Tag ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Frühstück war nichts besonders. Die Veranda auf der Frühstücksterrasse war kaputt

la ubicación. Pero no volveria de ninguna manera

un desastre la mala atención, la falta de información respecto a la calidad del hotel, que es un albergue de 12 habitaciones, donde hay que subir una escalera de un piso y medio con las valijas, donde no hay personal de recepcion permanente, donde no hay internet, donde el baño estaba en malas condiciones y no lo arreglaban y donde te dicen que enseguida solucionan los problemas y no lo hacen. Me ofrecieron una compensación y no me dieron nada. Me arruinaron la estadia en Roma

Muy buena ubicación, la habitación elegante, desayuno correcto, la asistencia constante de la colaboradora Roxana fue profesional y de excelencia. Super recomendable.

Cons:

Podrían mejorar el servicio de cafe en el desayuno, quizás colocar una máquina expendedora de cafe, te, capuchino. Esto mejoraría la experiencia en el breakfast.

Perfect location and very comfortable, clean and friendly hotel.
Pros:

Hotel is located just around the corner of the Spanish steps. We could see the towers of the steps through our window! Very quiet room because it was not facing the street. The breakfast was very nice with fresh bread and croissants, fruit and youghurt and juice and the staff was making special coffees and served them to the tables. The breakfast room was a rooftop balcony with beautyful views over the city. And it was very peaceful, there were never more than couple of other customers eating at the same time because the breakfast was served for 3 hours and the hotel is quite small. There was an elevator from the first floor to the sixth, but from the street level to the first floor only an elevator that was meant to be used only for the luggage. My travel companion sprained her ankle during our stay, so she also used the luggage elevator instead of stairs. Both elevators were out of order during our stay but they also were repaired very fast. The elevator was also very small but even the fact that there is an elevator in an old building like this is a huge advantage. The person working at the reception desk was very helpful and kind and really did her best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Also the staff in the breakfast room and housekeeping were very friendly and spoke english.

Cons:

As mentioned earlier, the elevator(s) was (were) quite unpredictable but they were also fixed without delay. The door from the street was locked (electric lock) and it was tricky, to get it open you had to try many times. There was often customers standing at the door because they didn’t get in. But it always opened finally.

Good communication and easy access into the hotel.
Pros:

This property is always clean, neat and a pleasant stay. The receptionist and staff are friendly, accommodative, and extremely helpful and understanding.
