Die Lage da das Hotel noch zusätzlich als Wohnhaus genutzt wird das dort mit e Roller und Fahrräder im Eingangsbereich rein gefahren wird

Als ich angekommen bin wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass alle Buchungen die über booking.com gemacht wurden, storniert werden!!! Absolute Frechheit!!!

Had 2 kamers geboekt en er stond er maar 1 in het systeem, meer dan een half uur moeten wachten voor er een 2e kamer geregeld was want hotel was volgeboekt.

Airco werkte niet terwijl het erg warm was.

Geen geluiddichte kamer.

In de toiletpot erg vieze aanslag, vloer niet schoon (kroonkurken van flessen lagen op de grond)

Personal nicht wirklich anwesend, komisches Klientel vor dem Hotel und zwischen den beiden Eingangstüren haust ein Obdachloser. Rauch zieht von anderen Balkonen in die Zimmer.

Where to begin..:(
1. Total breach of security - i stayed 4 nights there, a sole female business traveller. On 3 nights out of 4, someone entered my room during night time (10pm, 4am, 11pm). They had magnetic card and just opened the door without knocking and then left - mind my room door was locked from inside and it was still possible to open the door with other magnetic card from the outside. No relevant explanation from manager afterwards. CHECK REVIEWS ON GOOGLE - i should have done it in the first place before booking here.
2. A rat in the room. Probably coming from somewhere around the heating as i had ground floor room so i kept the windows closed due to security reasons (haha, see first paragraph:/) and due to terrible smell of urine from the outside area. Manager wasńt even surprised, he just told me he doesn’t know where the rats are coming from?!! This happened on my last night there, had it been earlier, i’d just moved out.
3. Reception’s closed since 11pm and urgent case phone number wasn’t picked up even after multiple call attempts. There was broken alarm on (empty) room door next to mine and it was off for like 40mins during the night - it stopped only after i hit the door handle.
4. there’s front hotel entrance wide open during the night - in sketchy neighbourhood without possibility to reach anyone from the hotel staff even in urgent cases
5. The things like nobody coming in whole 4days to refill the toilet paper or empty the trash, unavailability of basic drinks at the lobby bar (like Cola or fanta or any sort of at least snacks since there’s no hotel restaurant running beside breakfast time), excruciatingly long check-in procedure or going to PAID hotel garage park through the entrance that feels like complete ghetto, these are like the minor issues compared to the first paragraphs of my review.

Die Lage im Gewerbe-Wohngebiet. Es waren fußläufig, mit kurzen Wegen, bis auf einen Dönerimbiss, keine Restaurants erreichbar. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war total überfordert (vermutlich eine Aushilfe), beim Check in völlig gestresst. Leider kannte er sich in der Umgebung keinesfalls aus und konnte somit auch keine Tipps abgeben.

Camera consegnata alle 22 dopo 4 ore di attesa, per pulizie camere non completate. Non eravamo gli unici ma con altre persone con lo stesso problema (circa 30 persone in più gruppi). Poi la camera è stata sistemata velocemente (per poter dormire e solo cambio lenzuola veloce) dalla ragazza in reception !!!

Като за начало в хотела се носеше много силна миризма на марихуана. Стаята беше прилична за цената си но климатикът не работеше и в стаята ставаше много горещо. Хладилника не работеше както трябва.

Der Fernseher wae kaputt und es war KEIN Papier im WC vorhanden😱

Wenn man auf dem Balkon sitzt, sitzt man 30 cm von seinem Zimmernachbarn entfernt, totale Fehlplanung.
Umgebung sehr düstere Gestalten rund um den Hotel , besonders auf dem Parkplatz .
