Well worth visiting
Pros:

Gragnano is a very beautiful place on the Lake Garda. It is not touristically invaded as mush as, for example, the nearby Limone or Riva. Still with quite busy bars and restaurants, many of them overlooking the lake.. Very enchanting!

Cons:

The breakfasts, included in the room rate, were very good and elegant. The restaurant,, situated on a terrace over the lake, had quite high prices on the pricelist, so we did not dine there. Food on the plates of the diners looked very tasty and elegant though. We sat down on the terrace in a drinks only area for a glass or two of wine, but did not get much attention of the waiters. So, we got one glass only, before we moved on to another place. Pity!

Mysigt boende
Pros:

Sköna sängar, iallafall för oss som föredrar lite fastare madrass.
Rent och fräscht.
Aircondition på rummet.
Möjlighet till bad bredvid terrassen på baksidan.
Trivsam terrass mot Gardasjön att sitta på vid t ex frukost.
Personalen var mycket trevliga och tillmötesgående, utan att för den skull vara påträngande.

Cons:

Lite trångt och bökigt vid entrén, som gjorde det lite svårt vid i och urlastning vid ankomst och avfärd.
Men eftersom vi åkte motorcykel gick det bra ändå.
Kanske värre om man färdas i bil..
Det beror dock på att entrén ligger vid en ganska smal gata.

Als Restaurant ein Traum - übernachten muss nicht sein
Pros:

Die Lage ist ein Traum auch das Restaurant. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön gestaltet aber teilweise leider kein Balkon

Cons:

Viel zu wenig Liegen die teilweise um 6 Uhr früh reserviert sind. Dann blockieren einzelne die Liege den ganzen Tag obwohl sie stundenlang weg sind. Hier müsste das Personal viel mehr darauf achten und die Liegen frei geben auch sind zu wenig Schirme vorhanden. Ständig kommen Boote gerade um die Mittagszeit im See zu schwimmen stresst dann. Sowieso lebt dieses Hotel vom plötzlichen Fame von Frau Ballack.

Absolutely incredible. A MUST stay if you are in Garda!
Pros:

Actually incredible!!! Best hotel we have stayed anywhere in the world. It is stunning. Staff are friendly, breakfast is amazing, restaurant is amazing. The loungers on the jetty are perfect. We had the most unreal time here wish we stayed longer and found this much earlier!

Handbrause in der Dusche hat nicht funktioniert und sichtbarer Schmutz im Zimmer war von Anfang bis Ende und wurde nicht beseitigt

Cons:

They did not have the room available which I reserved over booking.com and which I received confirmation for! They had a private event in the hotel that day and I assume they simply gave the rooms to the guest of this event and did not care about stranding travellers. When I asked if they could at least help me find a new room in town I was asked to leave my phone number so they could call me back after speaking to some other hotel operators. Nobody’s ever called me. This is the worst attitude I ever experienced in 30+ years of travel.

Pros:

La vue et l'emplacement. Literie parfaite et décoration de la chambre sublime.

Cons:

Le personnel a été moyennement chaleureux à part le serveur. La 1ere nuit à été bruyante car le restaurant est juste sous nos fenêtres peu insonorisees et il y avait de la musique trop forte. Il a fallu vers 23h30, que nous nous plaignions auprès de la réception pour que ça s'arrête... Petit déjeuner du lendemain servi à table pas de buffet comme la veille.

Bon séjour dans l'ensemble. Très bon petit déjeuner à la demande (mais pas de buffet)
Pros:

Chambre ouvrant directement sur le lac, magnifique paysage.

Cons:

Nous sommes arrivées tard à l'hôtel, en ayant prévenu par téléphone (problèmes de circulation). L'hôtel était très mal signalé dans le village, et difficile d'accès (ruelles très étroites). À notre arrivée, vers 23 h, il n'y avait personne à la réception (hôtel 4 étoiles !), et la porte était fermée. Nous avons dû appeler un numéro d'urgence indiqué sur la porte, et le responsable est arrivé au bout d'un quart d'heure.
