Perfect holiday rest
Pros:

Perfect location, right in the center of the peaceful holiday place, plenty local restaurants around, beautiful and fast access to the beautiful beach (through the woods).

Very nice and helpfull staff.

Very good restaurant.

Buses around to take you to town (Ravenna) where you can get trains to Bologna or south by the coast (we visited San Marino while staying, around 3 hours buses and train).

Easy bus ride from cruise terminal.

Cons:

If considering getting to Bologna airport by taxi, it is around 1h30 ride, so, it is expensive. We were 7 people, the taxi was €220.00. And I suggest booking the day before at least.

Ottima posizione ma struttura da rimodernare!
Pros:

Posizione ottima fronte pineta con spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti.
Presenza di parcheggio privato, fino ad esaurimento posti (comunque non abbiamo mai avuto difficoltà a parcheggiare).
Personale veramente cordiale, disponibile e gentile, sempre sorridente.

Cons:

Pulizia un po’ da rivedere, c’erano macchie sulle coperte e zanzare spiaccicate sul muro.
Le camere necessiterebbero davvero di una rimodernata sia nell’arredo, che mostra i segni dell’età, ma soprattutto per quanto riguarda il bagno, con la cassetta che ha subito interventi e presenta il muro attorno rotto. Anche gli infissi avrebbero bisogno di essere sostituiti con qualcosa di più nuovo, con tapparelle che oscurano davvero ed isolano di più dai rumori esterni (dalla nostra camera sentivamo i motori dei condizionatori e le persone che parlavano nel parcheggio).
Bisognerebbe anche insonorizzare meglio le camere perché si sente qualsiasi rumore proveniente dal corridoio e anche gli scarichi delle camere adiacenti e superiori.

Accoglienza molto cordiale

Cons:

Pieno di zanzare, siamo andate a comprare dei raid da attaccare alla spina perché ce n’erano almeno 10 in camera appena arrivata e avendo tutte quelle zanzare avrebbero dovuto preoccuparsene loro a mio parere. Per non parlare di tutte le zanzare spiaccicate nei muri. Peccato

Convenient location, but hotel is in need of repair
Pros:

Great location. Very close to the cruise port.
Breakfast was really good.

Cons:

It was very loud. The bed wasn’t the comfiest. The air conditioning wasn’t great. The shower was in need of repair.
