Staff were more than helpful especially with arranging transfer the following morning to Ravenna Port. Breakfast was nice although there was a limited choice.
Evening meal in there restaurant exceeded expectations.

Cons:

Bed needs a thicker mattress & a couple of extra pillows leaving in the room.
No socket near bed, for anyone with a CPAP machine.
Could do with a few more home comforts or a complimentary bottle of water instead of charging 3 euros when it's only 1 euro downstairs.

Lo staff cordiale, gentile, disponibile, accogliente, proprio top. Pulizia, posizione e colazione aspetti positivi.
Aspwrti negativi: Capisco il tocco vintage, ma le camere che danno sulla strada vanno insonorizzate, sembra di stare sul marciapiede e non in camera per tutto il rumore che si sente di notte al passaggio delle vetture.

Cons:

Il 25 aprile ci siamo svegliati e mancava l'acqua in struttura. Dovendo fare il check out con un bimbo di 2 anni avevamo l'esigenza quantomeno di cambiare il pannolino e di un po' d acqua per sistemarlo. Mio marito è sceso segnalando il problema e chiedendo una bottiglia con un po' d'acqua e lo staff (pronto e disponibile ad aiutare) ha fatto chiamare la proprietaria per chiedere come poter dare supporto.
Imbarazzante la risposta della titolare che ha risposto di arrangiarsi perché l'acqua mancava in tutta Ravenna e di comprare l'acqua al distributore, senza nemmeno proporre di dotare i clienti almeno di una bottiglia "tampone" per poi provvedere autonomamente in giornata. Tanto più che le è stato riferito che avevamo con noi un bimbo.
Che l'acqua manchi in tutta la città non può essere un problema del cliente che ha pagato il soggiorno in struttura, naturalmente, e nel momento della difficoltà va supportato. Perdersi per una bottiglia d'acqua è imbarazzante e va contro la tradizione, sempre riscontrata, della cortesia e dei servizi della Romagna. Nota di merito per lo staff in struttura : è stato gentilissimo.
