Pros:

Beautiful Boutique Hotel in the heart of San Miguel de Allende. Room was very comfortable. Celebrated 12 years with my wife in this Hotel, we asked for the special service (at a very reasonable extra cost) that included flowers, chocolates, drinks and a personalized message at our arrival to the room. Staff is great and goes above and beyond to match your expectations. Definitively recommend it for a romantic getaway in San Miguel de Allende.

Excesivamente ruidoso, no dormimos NADA!!
Pros:

El lugar esta muy centrico, habitacion de buen tamaño y el desayuno sin ser espectacular esta bien.

Cons:

Cuando llegas no hay donde estacionarse y ahy que entregar el auto al valet parking que no incluye el hotel ($350/dia) hace un poco complicada la llegada. Por otro lado nos asiganaron la habitacion 1 que da a la calle y no tiene nada aislado el ruido asi que no dormimos absoluitamente nada. Se ecucha hasta cuando abren las puertas de los demas cuartos, lo que platican en recepción, motos, autos, gritos, etc... Hizo que todo lo bueno que tienen el hotel se arruinara. No lleguen ahi si esperan una noche sin ruido.

La ubicación excelente. La decoración hermosa. La habitación de excelente tamaño. Cama, almohadas y baño muy cómodos. Me dejaron guardar mi equipaje después del check out. Desayuno muy bueno.

The administration is very unprofetional , they do not explain well the charges at the moment that you make the reservation when you get there they have an extra charge for service , never see that before , and AC do not work ok , they have to bring me a fan , so bad .

Pros:

El hotel es muy lindo muy bien ubicado la cama almohadas de sábanas deliciosas. El desayuno muy rico el personal súper amable. La verdad todo espectacular mi única recomendación sería que por un tema ambiental pregunten si queremos que nos cambien las sábanas y las toallas todos los días, todo estaba impecable pero creo que no era necesario también todos los días. Súper recomendado!!

Overall the rooms were clean and staff very helpful and friendly.

Close to downtown

Cons:

Standard rooms are small. Outdoor terrace closes early. Breakfast was not good at all. We went out to eat breakfast two days out of our five day stay. Coffee was never warm enough, always had to ask for them to warm up our coffee. Sweet bread wrapped in a plastic wrapper not fresh, Breakfast was not served hot.

Cons:

La stanza numero 1 che era proprio di fronte alla reception e all’ingresso. Quindi zero privacy e rumore perché era al piano terra su strada. Ma abbiamo chiesto di cambiarla e lo staff, appena si è liberata un’altra stanza, ha accolto la nostra richiesta

Siendo extraordinario el desayuno, quizás la opción de un desayuno continental más sencillo con tostadas y cereales y yogur se apreciaría.

Lovely charming modern hotel with great service and location.
Pros:

I liked the design of the hotel and how well kept the property was. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Loved the towels and internet was reliable.

Cons:

Would prefer an enclosed water closet. The AC unit wasn’t very strong but kept the room cooler.
