Cons:

Wir sind am Sonntag wie geplant angereist, im Besitz einer gültigen Buchungsbestätigung. Vor Ort war die Rezeption jedoch unbesetzt. Es fand sich lediglich ein Hinweis mit einer Telefonnummer, unter der wir niemanden erreichen konnten – mal meldete sich die Mailbox, mal gab es gar keine Reaktion.
Auch unsere Kontaktversuche über das Booking-Portal blieben unbeantwortet. Von einem anderen Gast erfuhren wir schliesslich, dass man für den Schlüsseltresor einen Code benötigt. Da in der Buchung jedoch kein 'Self-Check-in' erwähnt wurde, hatten wir mit persönlichem Service vor Ort gerechnet. Nachdem wir über zwei Stunden vergeblich gewartet und alles versucht hatten, sahen wir uns aufgrund der fortgeschrittenen Zeit gezwungen, eine andere Unterkunft zu suchen. Bis heute haben wir keine Rückmeldung des Hotels erhalten und fordern daher unser Geld zurück.
Nachtrag:
Die Bilder auf Booking.com wurden retuschiert und entsprechen nicht der Wirklichkeit.
Auch dass das Hotel rollstuhlgängig sein soll, bezweifle ich (ich bin zum Glück nicht im Rollstuhl). Viele Treppen zur Lobby.
