Pros:

Great hotel, amazing onsen. Attentive staff, great beakfast buffet, quiet and well located, about 20min walk to Gion, Kawaramachi station and other areas. Great road to catch cabs as well.

TODO. De los mejores hoteles en losnque me he alojado nunca. El trato, las instalaciones, el onsen con su zona de belleza maravillosos, el complementary services, la habitación....no se le puede poner una pega.

Incredible beautiful Hotel. Wish they had something like this in the United States.
Pros:

We like the location, the amenities the feeling of they had created a space where you come up the walkway where you’re not right on the busy street where you kinda entering into a different place very quiet they had a public bath was awesome. They had drinks and snack snacks for us.

Definitely worth the money. Would recommend!
Pros:

The aesthetics of the room and the room itself were amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location is great - near lots of public transportation and with easy access to taxi’s, restaurants, stores, etc.

The room was very comfortable and the spa was really nice

Cons:

the staff was not welcoming or friendly. Rarely said Hello or even made eye contact. The cleaning staff on the other hand was really nice
