Absolutely perfect, staff should be very proud
Pros:

Staff were delightful, rooms had some of the softest beds ever, restaurant was fantastic. Not a single fault

Cons:

Rooms were a little small by Australian standards but for Japan they were reasonable

Cons:

En 3 días que nos alojamos no limpiaron la habitación ninguno. Su ubicación es muy tranquila, en los bajos hay un supermercado muy bueno, con comida rica y recién hecha para cenar en la habitación, también hay metro a pasos, pero está a una distancia de unos 15-20 minutos del centro. Andando

Todo, de los mejores hoteles en los que me he alojado en mi vida.

Cons:

Por decir alguna cosa, echo de menos algo mas de quesos y embutidos en el desayuno, pero claro, es Kioto, no estoy en España.

The ultimately comfortable beds!
Pros:

Best mattresses and black out curtains! We slept like babies, myself, my husband and even our 10 y/o son! Design of the hotel is very beautiful, iron in every room, complimentary face cosmetics, very good coffee in room.

Cons:

This will sound strange, but onsen lacked the vibe.

Great budget option with perks
Pros:

The hotel was great. They offered a welcome treat. We were able to do laundry while staying there and the hotel helped us get our bags shipped to our next stop in Tokyo.

Cons:

The amenities were generally good, with the exception of the conditioner. I did not like the hotel conditioner. It seemed too thin.
