Evertthing was wonderful.
Pros:

If I ever come back to Kyoto, this is the only hotel I'll stay at without hesitation. Due to my mother's health problems, I had to return to my country, and my group of friends continued their trip. As soon as I informed the hotel of the situation, they processed my refund. Those who stayed there also had a very comfortable stay. Everything was wonderful. Thank you. We are very eager to come back again.

Great hotel, but the location is not good.
Pros:

Excellent hotel, clean and pleasant. Very good service.

Cons:

Breakfast is very expensive and not recommended.
The self-service washing machines do not work well, they do not dry properly. The hotel laundry service is also very expensive, for example 300 yen for one pair of underwear.
The hotel’s location is not great. It is on a main street and very far from all the cool areas to walk around and explore.

Great hotel would stay again!
Pros:

The room was spotless with comfy beds. Loved the complimentary snack and drink area downstairs. Gym was good. Wasn’t able to use the onsen as it was closed when I tried to visit late morning.

We stayed a week and it was perfect
Extremely comfortable beds/duvet
Clean, modern rooms
Room bigger than expected, enough for multiple suitcases
Complimentary snacks and drinks were massively appreciated
Reception staff very helpful - accommodated our request for extra towels and helped us with train questions
Great location - close to train station (one metro stop away), metro stop and bus stop. Local grocery shop next door and 7/11 opposite. Took 15ish mins to get to Gion area etc

從一走進飯店的外圍就給人很舒適的感覺，白天天氣熱的時候涼涼的，進去有中英文服務的人員。距離京都車站也很近，入住當天是母親生日也有準備毛巾蛋糕
Pros:

樓下有自助飲品，早上或是泡完湯都可以在那邊休息，喝咖啡。不喝咖啡的也有其他飲品可以選擇，還有小餅乾。

Pros:

This hotel is amazing. From when you walk into the foyer to your room. Beds are so soft and comfy... facilities are excellent. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Feels like a boutique 5 star hotel.

他のホテルでは5分程度で対応できるインボイス制度対応の領収書発行に対し、このホテルの対応は非常に非効率かつ不親切でした。

事前に Booking.com のメッセージ機能で発行可能であることを確認していたにもかかわらず、チェックアウト時には複数のスタッフから何度も発行を拒否されました。最終的には、スタッフ自身が Booking.com のシステム内容を確認した後、ようやく発行されました。

また、対応中も「今回は特別対応です」「今後は対応できません」と繰り返し言われ続け、顧客対応として非常に不快でした。

問題はお客様側ではなく、ホテル側と Booking.com 間の運用・情報共有不足にあるにもかかわらず、その負担を客側に押し付けているように感じました。

今後このホテルを利用する予定はありません。
