I truly enjoyed my stay here. As a solo traveler, I felt comfortable and well taken care of. The hotel kindly upgraded my room, which was a lovely surprise. The staff were very helpful — they even assisted me with dry cleaning for my jeans. The room was cozy, clean, and had everything I needed. A simple, peaceful, and pleasant stay.

Pros:

Отель удобно расположен, близко к причалу, откуда быстро можно добраться до основных туристических достопримечательностей Стамбула. Территория у отеля тоже интересна для прогулок.

Close to the metro and bus terminal

Cons:

Not a great location/neighbourhood in Kadikoy. The area around the hotel is rough and the room was quite expensive given the poor location and facilities.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Kadıköy. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the staff went above and beyond, even upgrading our room without us asking—such a thoughtful touch.

The location is ideal: surrounded by beautiful cafés, local markets, and great restaurants, and only a short 10-minute walk to the ferry for easy access to the European side of Istanbul.

It’s the perfect base to explore the vibrant Asian side while staying connected to the rest of the city. Highly recommend.

Pros:

I had a quick layover in Istanbul and found this little gem last minute. The staff were helpful, the room was comfortable and clean. Lovely place with a great location, which is walking distance to many cafe/restaurants as well as public transportation.

Pleasant but could have been better
Pros:

The staff was nice, very polite and accommodating.

Cons:

It was expensive, also for that price I expected our room to be cleaned every day, instead for our 4 nights the room was only cleaned once. Also the bed wasn’t very comfortable. We needed a double bed and the room had a double bed that was made by pushing two single beds together. The hole in the middle was uncomfortable to say the least.

Pros:

We recently stayed at Best Kadıkoy Hotel, and from the moment we arrived, Ravshan at the front desk made us feel welcome. He was so helpful, going out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. He even surprised us with an upgrade to a larger room, which made our stay even better! The hotel’s location is perfect, with easy access to the ferry terminals for getting around the Bosphorus and to the islands.
