Clean room, amazing amenities, great breakfast.
The staff from F&B are a bit not communicable in English, and I had to go down to FO to order my food and drinks.
Perfectly equipped with everything there, all in one place: pool, rooftop restaurant, onsen & spa, water park, intensive game room, beautiful rooms with ocean view, and modern technology bathroom, space atmosphere, sauna, steam room, jacuzzis, and an afternoon tea area. The only thing missing is a direct connection to the beach and amenities. All staff are friendly, helpful, well-trained, and professional. It is a perfect escape and a mind-healing place.

All was good, beside that we ordered place for 5 people in two rooms (1 child age 11) and were charged for extra bed on check in as well
One of the best hotels I have ever stayed. Amazing rooms with cool space themes for the kids. The waterpark had many play areas for young kids. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with a wide selection of local and international cuisine which changed each day. This is one of those hotels you absolutely want to come back to again. The surrounding area was also great with restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Also close to the beach and other tourist attractions.

저희는 성인임에도 아이들 못지 않게 이 호텔의 컨셉이 굉장히 흥미로웠습니다. 지금까지 적지 않은 호텔을 묶으면서 이렇게 확실한 컨셉은 처음이였습니다. 모든 것들이 다 좋았지만 한가지 아쉬웠던것은 제가 라이트 컨트롤을 못해서 그런가 저녁시간이 되면 방이 굉장히 어둡게 느껴져서 아쉬웠네요. 좋은 추억 만들어줘서 감사합니다!
Great Hotel, great facilities, great staff from Reception to Ort tea room, the lifeguards & Gym staff, the onsen spa staff too many names to mention but everyone was so nice to deal, I will be back and I will advise anyone going to the area who wants more on site facilities than the norm then Grande Space is it.
