Esta bien, pero realmente siento que pueden mejorar muchísimo más

La ubicación definitivamente

Cons:

Deje una bolsa de basura en un bote que estaba en a la salida de los elevadores, 2 dias después la basura seguía en su mismo lugar.
Desgraciadamente no revise que era hotel pet friendly.
No es nada en contra, pero me toco escuchar un perro llorar y ladrar muchísimo

Pros:

The staff was polite and easy to communicate with. They gave my partner a free slice of bday cake . the room looked outdated and needed major remodel’ it was clean but there was a lot of stains on the floor . The outside of the hotel was much better maintained.

Cons:

One day I came back from the room and my door was as open the maid by accident didn’t close our door correctly . It scared me’ I arrived luckily nothing was taken .

Nice hotel but definitely not the greatest place to bring your pet
Pros:

Awesome ocean view from our balcony! Breakfast buffet was outstanding. Staff was overall very friendly. The parking valets were amazing and friendly!

Cons:

This is a dog friendly hotel but there is not a single area to take your dog to use the bathroom other than the street (if you can manage to find a grassy spot) or the beach. There are stray dogs on the street so not too safe and the beach is several levels down from the hotel. Not practical at all and there were multiple guests with dogs when we were there.

Best in El Zona Dorado
Pros:

First time to Mazatlan, so originally booked a VRBO across from the Malecon. The VRBO cancelled - I'm so glad they did! The Golden Zone is where you want to stay. The Marriot had the best location if alltge hotels. It sat right in front of Isla de Vemado. It's beach was private so wasn't crazy like the public access beach. The infinity pool was amazing. All ocean front rooms! The staff was amazing - Ekena at the front desk- christian,Moises, and Jesus were the best pool bar bartenders! The food was so good !!! The hotel is new so that's nice and very clean!

Excellent resort with some major flaws.
Pros:

Excellent hotel and location. Great beach that is calm because Deer Island protects it from rough surf and in a great location in Golden Zone. Excellent staff , good breakfast buffet, and nice infinity pool. Where this hotel fails badly is in their beer price of 85 pesos which is ridiculous and in only having 7 beach umbrellas.

Perdi um tempo precioso em um lugar que prometia muito e não entregou quase nada.

E os funcionários que nos receberam na chegada e saída externa ao hotel .

Cons:

Nossa experiência foi muito ruim e ficou muito abaixo do esperado para um hotel classificado como 4 estrelas.

O quarto estava sujo, as toalhas eram velhas e desgastadas, e, durante toda a nossa estadia, o quarto não foi limpo nem uma única vez. A piscina também estava suja, e havia um forte cheiro de urina tanto nas áreas externas quanto na praia em frente ao hotel.

O atendimento foi insatisfatório, e o hotel era muito barulhento, tornando difícil descansar. Além disso, não encontramos nenhuma estrutura, serviço ou comodidade que justificasse a classificação de 4 estrelas.

Escolhemos este hotel esperando conforto, limpeza e um bom padrão de atendimento, mas encontramos exatamente o contrário. Foi uma grande decepção e não voltaríamos a nos hospedar aqui.
