Will stay again it’s a good value for money
Pros:

Located by the beach, clean, not too crowded. It’s a total relaxation place without too much activities. It’s a beautiful resort. Close to some local stores, pharmacy and a few restaurants

Cons:

Only 1 restaurant. Buffet is average . First day of breakfast buffet found breads so dry and coffee not hot. Most staff doesn’t speak English so it’s hard to communicate

Great views and awesome pool area. Clean room and friendly staff.
Pros:

The location and staff were friendly. The room is a little dated and could use new furniture. Hooks to hang stuff would be nice also. This hotel should have a coffee station in the lobby. We woke up at 4 for an early flight and I asked if there was a coffee station and there wasn’t she did say someone would come and make a coffee but the person never came and by that time it was 5:45 and we had to leave. Most hotels have a water and coffee service at the lobby so I found that disappointing and the maid never replenished the coffee in the room. Also we were there for a wedding and the iron wasn’t working I’m so glad staff was so quick and helpful. The location is awesome and the pool also great. The wet bar had great drinks. Definitely looking forward to another trip with a longer stay.

Todo estuvo excelente, la ubicación es genial ya que la playa a la que tiene acceso estaba muy tranquila, el personal fue muy amable. Las instalaciones están cuidadas y esta limpio en todo momento. La comida también está rica.

Great location, great stay, excellent swimming facilities.
Pros:

The pools were excellent and the pool bar very convienent. Staff great, especially Diego at the front desk who provided exceptional service always with a smile.

Cons:

Room getting dated and some items broken. Bathroom did not have a working fan so room filled with steam and had an unpleasant odour at times.

Location was good, as was the morning buffet.

Cons:

The bar service at the pool was not good. Even when there were 4 or 5 bartenders or waiters standing around at the outdoor pool, nobody would come around to take orders for drinks or food.
