The farm fresh eggs were delicious and the biscuits were good also

Pros:

Great staff. Clean rooms. Plenty of parking. The WiFi was down…no fault of their own. Upon check in, we were told this and were offered to get on their secure network if we needed.

Cons:

Location is uncomfortably close to the man camp for the mines…didn’t experience anything negative, but were told by locals not to be out of the hotel late at night.

Pros:

Property is clean but customer service is terrible, i booked my stay through booking.com. Upon arrival they ask for a credit card for a security deposit and upon leaving they charged me for a 1 night stay. I was charged essentially charged twice, once through booking and then again by the property. ive repeatedly called to request a refund and no one will return my call.

I have stayed there twice and if I stay again I hope these issues are corrected.
Pros:

The front staff person Bronwyn was very accommodating and personable. The room was clean and beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The room fridge did not work. The gym’s temperature was at 85 and was very uncomfortable to work out in. The ice machine on our floor did not work.

Pros:

The day shift front desk clerk was amazing. She was very welcoming and friendly. Only perk to staying there.

Cons:

We walked into our room and the bed wasn't completely made and the carpet was not vacuumed. The shower was not completely wiped down, we saw fingerprints on the glass door. When we had room service, all they did was take out the trash and replace towels, no one made the beds. We were only given 2 towles for 4 people staying in the room. We asked for one extra pillow and the night shift front desk lady gave us a hard time about it. We had 4 pillows for 4 people, and she seemed upset we asked for 1 extra. Nancy the breakfast person asked for tips everyday with a bowl and a sign with her venmo, zelle. I tipped the first day because I thought she was friendly. She would go look in her tip bowl and take out the one dollar bills and leave the 5 dollar bills, for whatever reason. Constantly looking at her tip bowl. She also brought a cart with blueberry muffins and I asked for one and she told me no, she isnt serving those today. We were there for 3 days and she never put out any blueberry muffins, pretty sure she was hoarding them. The second day she was annoyed we came down at 8:45 to get breakfast, she said I thought we were done and now a whole lot of people are here again, ugh!! She then proceeded to complain to the front desk person how she hates serving syrup because people make a mess. They ran out of coffee for the rooms and wouldn't make coffee to set out for the day for guests to have. Most expensive hotel to stay at in Winnemucca and not worth it.
