部屋が広い、綺麗ですね。スタッフも丁寧に対応してくれました。
シャワーのお湯はちょっと弱いですね。冷蔵庫の中に入ってたピン水はお金を取ると思わなかったです。
5성급으로 가성비가 매우 훌륭한 숙소였다. 특히 청결부분에서 굉장히 높은 점수를 주고 싶으며, 리셉션 직원들은 대체적으로 친절(특히, 오른쪽 데스크 남자분(이름은 잘 기억이 나지 않음)은 체크인 시 매우 친절했다.
주변에 즐길 것(식당, 호프 등)이 너무 없다. 조식은 청결한 것 외에는 종류가 매우 부족했으며, 4층에 위치한 bar 직원들은 대체적으로 교육이 덜 되어 있던 것 같다. 일부 직원들은 매우 친절한 서비스를 제공했지만 대부분의 직원들은 교육이 더 필요할 것으로 보인다.

A beautiful hotel in every way.
The hotel is clean! Staff are nice, helpfull!
Quiet location for airport stopover. Good facilities if you wanted to use them.
Not much choice for breakfast. Not much to do in the local area apart from play golf.
Location, room decor, cleanliness, due to availability we got upgraded.

The spa and therapists were fantastic.
The central aircon system was not cooling properly and it was stuffy in our room. The staff tried to get the aircon to cool but it did not happen. So we were moved to another bigger room. The aircon was fine in that room and we could sleep well. Full marks to the staff.
The swimming pool was closed for maintenance so we didn’t get to swim.
Staff were really friendly and helpful
It's not easy to walk around the area. You need to have a car or taxi picking you up.
Wonderful 5-star experience close-ish to the airport, and outside of noisy Hanoi!
Hotel had some billing issues which they took care of!
Travel Tip: Make sure to only take licensed taxis, or have the hotel order you a taxi.
