Inalens Airport Hotel

When booking this hotel, information given said it had facilities like iron and English spoken staff with safe in room was supposed to be a 3 star.
Was nothing of such.
No facilities were available
Sink in bathroom had stuff coming out , with a disgusting smell also bedroom smelled. Couldnt shower there.
When I complained nothing was supported just told me to contact whoever i booked thru.

I recently stayed at Inalens Hotel and had an overall decent experience, rating it 3 out of 5. The room was comfortable, and the staff was friendly. However, a couple of issues affected my stay. First, there was some noise from roadworks outside, which disturbed the peace, especially at 01:00. Additionally, I found a ball of hair left in the shower, which was disappointing and made me question the cleanliness. These factors somewhat detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay. With a bit more attention to detail, this could be a great place to stay.

A small, nice and clean Hotel to stay. Great location; 2 min walk to shopping mall, grocery stores and restaurants. 15 km ( 20-24 min) away from IST airport. The receptionist Murat (?) with his good enough English helped us several times to get a taxi fr hotel to IST where we payed ~ 240TL-250 TL.
Overall we where happy to stay in the hotel.

Great small, clean and quiet place to stay for overnight given closeness to airport. The staff were great... location great and close to town centre including a shopping centre just around the corner. Thanks team for making the stay enjoyable and being helpful while we navigated our way around the place. Minor hick up being water was cut for whole town but the staff made sure we had water available and back up water accomodated for the hotel until water supply was back. Thank you team and especially to the staff Mert for all his support.

Ondanks dat ik ruom van te voren heb geboekt bleek de kamer (familiekamer) er niet meer te zijn. We moesten in twee groepen in aparte verdiepingen gaan slapen. Als tegenprestatie heeft het personeel ontbijninnde ochtend aangeboden, het aanbid was aardig maar het ontbijt was slecht.
Tevens was het bed van een van de kamer nog met haren, uhhh

Avoid this hotel. They will give out your reservation to others if they can make extra money. We were left stranded, had to call police and then look for another accommodation. They should not be allowed on Orbitz

Overall it was a nice experience. A nice neighborhood with parks and restaurants for the kids. I found a plaza with many stores and a big mall.

Best part of the experience was interacting with the concierge Olga. Location was great but the condition of the place needs to be improved by the owner.

No elevator to the 1st floor or 2nd floor, ask me in advance for breakfast and breakfast was a plate carry to my room which contain 3 pieces of bread, 3 prices of flat chees and 2 pieces of small hame and 4 pieces of olives. I never had this kind i breakfast in any hotel in my life.etc

Our first time in Turkey and we were only there for one night. We found this an excellent place to stay for the price. The staff was very helpful, willing and accommodating. I can put up with a lot if the staff have a helpful attitude. The place was nice and the staff very helpful. Thanks!

This is small hotel around 15-20 minutes from Istanbul airport. While price may be tempting, you must know that it is small hotel with no elevators (however someone may help you with luggage). The worst part is that hotel has a very strong smoking smell everywhere including rooms. If you don’t mind the tobacco smell then it is fine for a night. The staff tried to accommodate us, but nothing they could do for the smell or minimal amenities. Don’t expect much.

Die Unterkunft liegt an einer belebten Straße, das Zimmer war seitlich und ruhig.
Es hatte Tisch und zwei Stühle/Sessel und wir konnten dort essen. Frühstück kam aufs Zimmer, es gibt keinen Speisesaal. Gegenüber und in der Nähe sind einige Restaurants und Geschäfte, so dass man an alles kommt, was man braucht.
