Cons:

We had to move rooms after 1 am because the TV was not working. The front desk had given us 3 different remotes. None of them worked. They had us move rooms. Also, neither of the rooms had hot water, so we were unable to shower in either room. The lady at the front desk was also very rude and snappy when we asked for new batteries for the remote. Very unwilling to cooperate.

The property had so much potential it was just poorly ran.

Cons:

Upon check in, I did not have any towels or wash cloths. Called to the front desk, and there was no answer. The next morning, I went to the front desk requested a maintenance services and for my room to be cleaned and turned over properly. I left the hotel at 10:30a returned at 730p and nothing was completed. I was asked to change rooms I refused .

The property was near downtown

Cons:

Our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. When we arrived around midnight, we were exhausted and just wanted to rest, but our room was not clean, the floor was very sticky, and there were not enough towels.
The TV also did not work properly, and the guests in the room next to us were extremely loud, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.
Unfortunately, the breakfast experience was just as disappointing. The breakfast bar was poorly stocked, there were no eggs available, and the area was messy, with water dripping onto the floor.
Overall, the cleanliness of the room, the excessive noise, the lack of basic amenities, and the poor condition of the breakfast area made our stay unpleasant.

Great staff and facilities . Unfortunate vagrancy
Pros:

The convenience of being downtown and close to many sights. The facilities were clean and the staff was friendly.

Cons:

There is a crime problem right outside the doors of the hotel. It's no reflection on your staff or facilities though it does not reflect well on the staff or facilities either.
