Element Colorado Springs Downtown

Very friendly and welcoming front desk. Unable to check in early as they were booked the previous night. We walked around town for a bit, and they called us when our room was ready. Great touch!! Small but clean, comfortable, & modern room. Shower had excellent water pressure. The outdoor sitting area was huge and comfortable. Unfortunately, we had a group next door to us that partied til 3am, and they were rudely loud. Not the fault of the hotel, so I imagine it would've been quiet otherwise. Made to order breakfast was fantastic with many options. The breakfast was the highlight! Didn't use the fitness room nor the pool. This was our first stay at an Element........and we would absolutely stay again!!!!

We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast is great, room and bed was comfortable. All of the staff were kind and professional.

We didn't sleep well with all of the road noise - not the property's fault. They do provide you with ear plugs and a sound machine, but we needed to hear if our child woke up so we were unable to use them.

Overall we would stay again if we didn't have a child with us, utilizing the sound machine and ear plugs for the late night and early morning road noise.

Convenient hotel in downtown Colorado Springs

Probably one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on! Room was spacious and beautifully decorated. Full kitchen in unit sure makes it feel like a home away from home.
Breakfast was absolutely fantastic with plenty of options! Overall I would definitely choose to stay on an element hotel again!

Clean, well-designed and spacious rooms. Staffs were professional, courteous and friendly.

We used this hotel as our home base while exploring Colorado Springs. The parking garage never felt crowded or difficult to get out of. Our room was spacious and spotless. The beds were comfortable..we were by the elevator and could hear the occasional ding but it was never a both. Housekeeping did a great job. We really enjoyed this hotel as there were so many great food choices blocks away. The staff were friendly and welcoming as we came in and out for our many adventures. We did not eat breakfast as there are so many good choices nearby! We would stay at another Element based on our visit here !

We stayed several times while our cadet was at the academy, on military rates. The rooms are large and offer full refrigerators as well as a pool, rooftop dining with spectacular views and cooked to order breakfast. Inner courtyard offers endless gathering possibilities. Best part is ability to walk to "local vibe" coffee bar, creative taco nightlife, Indian diner and further into downtown shopping and pastry shops. Nice to get away from the North End and be close airport and attractions. We used this hotel for our family graduation get together and party, in the private dining room. They did a fabulous job.

We are titanium level. Tried to check in at two. We’re told our room wasn’t ready. Came back at 345 and still not ready. We’re put in a wheelchair access room. No upgrade. No perks. We’re given ten dollars to use at the bar. Not even waters at the front desk. Really disappointing. It’s an ok hotel, probably fine if you don’t expect to be upgraded or treated well due to status.

The breakfast was amazing! That and the 24- hour coffee made the stay. The only downside was the extra charge for parking.

Great hotel !

We were in the downtown Element for a graduation. Everything about this hotel was pure excellence: the spacious room with a full fridge and filtered water; super clean hotel; wonderful breakfast options; beautiful courtyard; staff paying attention to peoples' needs. There are other restaurants and coffee shops nearby within walking distance. My next trip here -- we will book The Element again. Simply outstanding.

I love this hotel because of the location! We were attending a high school state tennis tournament, and it was very convenient to go to and from our hotel and the tennis courts. This is the second year we have stayed here because of its location, friendliness, and customer service.
