Le asciugamani erano sporche e non c’è l’asciugacapelli. Ogni sera bisogna aggiornare la scheda per entrare, si sente un forte odore di fumo (tabacco ed erba), i muri sono sottili quindi si sente tutto: musica, tv, voci, urla, il posto è frequentato da qualsiasi tipo di persona (losche e non) quindi si sente anche litigare ma durante il mio soggiorno non è successo nulla di memorabile.

The moment we walked into the elevator there was bags of trash. The hallway reeked of cigarettes and weed. Our room smelled like straight weed. The key card needed to be reset almost every night.

The light switch was linked to the outlet, so the lights had to be on if you wanted to charge your phone next to the bed. The room AC struggled.

Generally, I don't think it's right to be overly demanding, but considering the price paid, the location is far from good—or even safe. There are absolutely no breakfast options, either at the property or in the surrounding area, where I didn't feel safe at all to walk to far, but we tried. There is a shop nearby, but that’s it; there’s nowhere to get a decent coffee to sit down. I do not recommend it at all.
I made a reservation for three nights and even requested—in writing—that it be cancelled for the other two nights, even if a fee applied, yet I received no response. I saw no interest in helping customers. No one asked if we needed housekeeping during our three-day stay, and although there were two of us, they provided only one shampoo—even though there were two bars of soap. There was no hairdryer unless requested, and all other essentials were available only upon request.
