We check in to Room 614. The door was a jar., then the toilet did not flush correctly.

Will not stay at hotel again.
Pros:

Good location and friendly staff

Cons:

Arrived to room and door was completely open. Deadbolt was stuck and would not lock. Bathroom door was broken and couldn’t shut. Elevators and hallways had a horrible smell. Couch in room had huge stain on it. Shower was missing one curtain and the curtain rings were left on the counter. Kids were running up and down hallways all night.

Cons:

La atención, me dieron un cuarto para indiscapacitados, y solamente una cama, le dije que no quería ese cuarto, después me dieron otro y resulta que estaba ocupado, luego me dieron otro y era para personas incapacitadas, las camas terribles, el baño sucio, no había condition ni gel para el cuerpo.

For the most part, the staff were all very friendly. Housekeeping was very helpful in making sure I had a warmer blanket to sleep with on couch. The lady working the bar area was extremely friendly and very welcoming.

Cons:

The lights in the bathroom are horrible. Too dark and can hardly see.. Really needs to be brighter in there.
I booked a 2 queen bed room for me and my son but when I checked in, I got a king bed room . When I told the front desk we needed 2 beds she blew it off as not a concern for the hotel and that I would have to reach out to booking.com. I understand I booked through a 3rd party but it would have been nice to know if a bigger room was available. I would have happily paid the difference if needed but nothing was offered to me nor was she apologetic about the mix up. She didn't seem concerned or worried about it. 2 beds were really needed so I had to sleep on the coach. My 16 yr old is way to tall for couch or trundle bed. Very disappointing.
