Avoid at all costs. Horrible location, terrible service. Property refuses to follow through on its own cancellation poli
Pros:

This was a horrible experience all around. We booked this property for a six day beach stay. The “boutique hotel” is a non-descript apartment complex at the edge of a suburb of a large town, surrounded by a rail road track, construction and a dilapidated commercial area. There is nothing nice within walking distance, not even a cafe. The apartment itself was a good size, and well equipped but had zero character or anything to recommend it. Garbage bins are left on the balcony in 38 degree heat so the patio space stunk. The stairwell and hallway in the building stunk like disinfectant and stale vomit. Because of the location, stench and noise from the train track and traffic we checked out after one night.

Cons:

Everything about this property was a horrible experience. The location was in a rundown commercial area beside a railway track with trains running every 10-20 minutes. The “gardens” were infested with mosquitoes and cats. The garden furniture was covered up like things were closed. It felt like an Airbnb in an abandoned complex. The staff/management was not responsive to our concerns. I checked out after one night having booked six nights here. The property has not followed its cancellation policy or refunded the stay. They just did not respond. No one was there to greet us or check us out. The beach in Francavilla al Mare is flat, shallow with mirky water and cheap broken down beach clubs. Avoid!

Staff molto gentile e disponibile a dare informazioni. Posizione ottima per raggiungere la spiaggia e uscire dal centro abitato. Stanza molto spaziosa con angolo cucina e terrazza sul giardino. Comodo posteggio entro cortile dal cancello chiuso.
