Very lovely hotel. Nice and spacious room with a lovely Balcony. Amazing AC system, specifically in the heated days we happened to visit Düsseldorf.

Highly recommended but don’t come during summer time due to A/C is not working properly. The reception floor’s tempe

We have been staying at this hotel since 2021. The apartment is very clean and fully equipped.

Cons:

The air conditioning at the room is not working properly. With summer weather in Dusseldorf at 37 degree, it is hard to sleep without air conditioning. The room’s air conditioning is still showing 27 degree after turning on A/C for 5 hours already. The room is a bit too hot to sleep at night.

Pros:

have stayed here twice: 1st time was perfect, 2d not so good. very comfortable and clean, great location.

Cons:

had problems with check-in and the girl at the reception desk, who was complaining about my handwriting and how she cannot understand anything. not helpful at all. room was not ready for check-in at 3pm. had to wait for a while and then was given a studio instead of a suite that I booked and payed for originally. had to solve this myself with the front desk which was time and energy consuming. the rest of staff were good.

Excellent location, near the main train station (you can walk-10 min or take a tram-5 min). Near the central street with stores and promenade. Near the old city. Polite staff, comfortable bed, kitchen facilities, spacious room. Towels change every day.

Unterkunft sauber, Personal sehr nett. Für Luxury zu einfach ausgestattet.
Pros:

Personal sehr nett zuvorkommend. Betten sehr gut. Bad und Apartment etwas spärlich fur luxury eingerichtet. Es fehlen Ablagen und Haken im Bad für uns Frauen. Frühstück mittelmäßig.
