Alles in Ordnung
Pros:

Es war alles in Ordnung. Personal sehr freundlich, alles ordentlich. Kein Parken im Hotel mehr möglich dafür war nebenan ein großes Parkhaus das war sehr gut.

Cons:

Lediglich der Blick auf den Innenhof war nicht so schön aber dafür kann das Hotel ja nichts

There was a problem with the Internet in our room.
The man I the reception said it's because of our phone, funny, never had nowhere this problem before.
One of us has a Samsung, the othe IPhone...
For 5 star hotel, you would expect WiFi that works..

Pros:

Ce n’est ni Luxury ni « services «  Il n’y a aucun luxe. Mobiler et salle de bains basiques. La situation près du centre ville et le parking en sous-sol étaient top.

Cons:

Aucun service. Nous sommes arrivés un jeudi pour 4 nuits. Nous indiquons dès notre arrivée qu’il n’y a que 2 cintres dans l’armoire. Nous l’avons signalés plusieurs fois chaque jour. Rien n’y faire ! 2 cintres pour 2 personnes pour 4 jours !
Aucun luxe non plus contrairement à ce que le nom semble annoncer.
