Fantastiskt hotell! Fräscht, jättefin städning av några härliga barfotakillar som flitigt tassade runt på de mjuka heltäckningsmattorna. Lampknappar intill sängen, stora fönster och mörkläggande gardiner. Kaffe, drinkar och frukost, lunch, middag smidigt serverat på entreplan. Pool och gym öppet till 22. Så himla härligt att plaska runt i ljummen pool och blicka upp på natthimmel och skyskrapan bredvid.

Very comfortable and close to two shopping centres and only a few minutes walk to BTS

So we booked 2 rooms unfortunately they were not next to each other but they were on the same floor. The hotel was booked up no helping that. The service was top notch the price was great the rooms were quiet and nice and clean. The pool was nice on the roof my son and I spent lots of time there I got burnt to prove it. Room service turned down the room ever day which was nice. They offer a breakfast package we didn’t choose that we want to eat out on the city but we did eat breakfast once for a surcharge and it was worth it. Fresh fruit and juice made to order omelets and the garlic fried rice amazing. Over all a great experience will book again the next time I’m in Bangkok.

front counter very friendly & helpful - shopping within 5 min walk also to SkyTrain - location very good but crossing Sukhumvit Rd is risky especially w/aggressive drivers everywhere

部屋は広くて清潔だけど、2階スタッフの対応も問題なし。朝食の種類が少ないのと、時間によってはテーブルの片付けが追いついていなかったり、料理がなくなっていたりすることがたまにあった。それ以外はすごくよかったです。

Received the drinks vouchers but i can barley use it as the place for redemption opens only at certain hours.

Property is well run medium range hotel with an adequate breakfast selection. Breakfast could be improved. The room had the most uncomfortable couch that perhaps was broken because it leant to one side when sitting on it. The room had a very bright emergency strobe light that flashed all-night...that was annoying. Staff were very good. Bathroom was great.

The hotel itself is very nice with clean spacious rooms, excellent housekeeping services,a smart TV, daily replenishment of water bottles (essential in this hot humid city), and great water pressure in the shower.
The exercise room was pretty minimal with only one treadmill and one elliptical and two qight benches although plenty of dumbbells. Since I was the only one there each time I went I guess that may be enough for the demand. The main reason for four instead of five stars is location. Mostly my fault for not realizing there were multiple Ramada Plazas on Sukhumvit, I had meant to choose the one closer to Lumphini and Benchakitti Parks (so mostly my fault). Also walking north towards the central area of Sukhumvit was a sketchy neighborhood. However walking south to On Nut station was a nice area to grab food and some casual shopping.

1. Booked a room with queen bed, was “upgraded” to a room with double bed.
2. There were 2 small cockroaches in the room after we went into the room on the first night. One of them crawled over my clothes.
3. The upgraded room got a mezzanine floor which we were not told of. I don’t want to climb up shaky stairs.
4. The face recognition to the building never worked. So when the staff wasn’t there we had to wait for other people to open the door and we tail gate.
5. The shower smelled stale. It was from the drainage. Was not a pleasant smell.
6. The room smelled stale whenever the airport isn’t on for long.
7. There was a small cover on the side of the tub which fell off.
On the pro side, the staff were all nice. Presumably the rooms at the hotel building (rather than the residence building which we were “upgraded” to) were nicer, which we booked but didn’t have the pleasant to enjoy unfortunately. The location is close to a big 7-11 and on nut BTS.

Helt ok hotel i Bangkok. Value for money. Vi stannade en natt på genomresa och då funkade detta hotellet bra.
Poolen var tyvärr stängd. Vi satt vid poolområdet men det var ganska bullrigt (trafikstört)

great location near on nut and near a mall. nice room
