Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. It is an old building and the walls are not soundproofed. Upon arrival, only buses and taxis are allowed to stop in front of the building. Air conditioning is available during the summer, and heating is available in the winter due to the centralized HVAC system. Due to local regulations, guests at this location will be asked to provide their groups information, as well as their passport or other identification in order to access the Sonder. En realidad 2 días antes de la fecha de la reserva me cambiaron de ubicación y fui a SONDER Piazza Barberini. El apartamento estaba muy prolijo, limpio, amplio y la ubicación perfecta, muy recomendable
La improvisación a último momento 2 dia antes me enviaron 1 mail que decia la reserva estaba cancelada, el cambio de locación,
es muy estresante cuando uno está viajando, creo que cuando sucede algo así se tendrían que avisar con anterioridad al móvil contactando personalmente para esclarecer bien cual es la situación.
Apartment was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and it was the perfect spot to explore Rome! Only 15-20 min walk to the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps but lovely and much quieter by the apartment. Two little restaurants just outside the front door and a lovely little shop that sells the basics and fresh bread, meats, fruit and veg etc. next door.
There’s nowhere to sit outside, like a balcony etc.
The location was good. The bathrooms were great there were two in the room.

There were several things we didn’t particularly enjoy about the property. I paid to check in early at 2pm. However, when we arrived, the cleaning services were still going, we therefore had to wait to check in.
There was an unpleasant odour coming from the bathroom that started to move throughout the whole apartment. I messaged Sonder Support and I was continuously told that someone would contact me shortly, however, I wasn’t contacted for almost 24hrs. I eventually googled how to fix the problem myself.
The other issue was the air conditioning, which didn’t seem to be working, making our stay quite uncomfortable. And finally, the noise outside the apartment during the night and early hours makes it very difficult to sleep.
Good location about 10 min walk to Pantheon and Piazza. Nice to have a separate living room and kitchen to bedroom.
We tried to contact to drop cases off early as they said we could and nobody replied. When we waited for 2 hours to check in at 4pm we went inside to find them still cleaning the apartment. Very noisy neighbours scraping chairs as it’s not sound proof
The location was perfect and we loved the quaint neighborhood! The space itself was large and comfortable.
It could have been cleaner. There was dust and spiders near the kitchen table.
Excellent location to walk to Piazza Navona, Campo di Fiore, Pantheon. Vatican is walkable but difficult on hot day. Similarly, on hot day, too far to walk comfortably to Trevi Fountain or Spanish Steps. There was a young child in the room above us, jumping in bed, shouting, and running around from 3-5 AM which kept us awake. VERY inconsiderate. You will have same problem if your neighbors are noisy.
Clean, good position
Our location was an Apartment, not a room. Hence the N/A's above. We were happy with the Apartment.
The kitchen area was not well designed from a storage perspective.
Also the kitchen tap was loose, the sink plug did not work and the water supply to all the hot and cold all taps was sporadic.
The contact number for the local Sonder Customer service provided by Booking .com never worked
Location was good close to the city centre
The apartment need some serious things sorting out. The windows are not double glazed hence very noise from the outside and difficult to sleep at night; very few or no available sockets in the bedrooms and in the living room, the kitchen had none to use the coffee machine and the toaster provided.
Also some repair are required, the main bathroom has the shower dripping , unable to close it properly; the tap at the sink moving all together when trying to use it.
The living room also needs updating, the sofa was quit disgustingly dirty.
Amazing spot in Rome that is just outside all the tourism craziness. Huge space with two large king beds and a couch pullout. Was able to do laundry. Stretch out. And enjoy some time away from touring. Will be my first choice when we return to Rome!
