Everything was great! The check-in was really smooth, and the host was very responsive and helpful. I loved the restaurant and bar recommendations—they were spot on. The room was clean, tidy, and had everything one might need. I also liked that it was possible to use the hotel’s beach umbrellas and the shared fridge.
The hotel is ideally located, just 2 minutes from the beach and a few minutes from the main attractions. Everything you might need is close by.
Since my room was facing the street and located right in front of a restaurant, it could get a little noisy in the evening. It usually quieted down after around 12:30 / 1 am

La ubicación céntrica y a la playa
Echo de menos un armario aunque sea pequeñito para colgar las cosas porque tiene una especie de armario en plan barras al aire libre pero no te cabe toda la ropa para una semana echo de menos unos cajones para la ropa
Great owners, quality of the furnishings, attention to detail.
Hemos estado súper a gusto durante nuestra estancia. La habitación era maravillosa: muy limpia, cómoda, cuidada y súper agradable. Se nota muchísimo el mimo con el que llevan el alojamiento.
Además, los dueños son encantadores, muy cercanos y pendientes en todo momento de que estuviéramos bien y no nos faltara nada.
Nos vamos encantados y, sin duda, repetiremos cuando volvamos por Estepona. ¡Totalmente recomendable! 😊

Can't fault anything
- La ubicación es francamente inmejorable, ya que se encuentra en el mismo casco histórico y al lado de la playa de la Rada; cerquísima de restaurantes y heladerías.
- Los dueños un matrimonio encantador, y con quienes todo eran facilidades en cualquier sentido.
- La cama comodísima.
- El baño claramente reformado, con su plato de ducha, su mampara y su espejo con sensor dactilar. Además, el nuestro contaba tanto con ventana como con extractor, lo que facilitaba la ventilación del mismo.
- La habitación disponía no sólo de aire acondicionado sino de ventilador de techo, lo que permitía no pasar calor en ningún momento del día.
- La limpieza resultó impecable.
- En el saloncito comunitario había una nevera con bebidas de pago a disposición de los clientes, así como con un espacio destinado a que los huéspedes pudieran depositar sus compras de frío.
- El patio común dispone de un tendedero para poder colgar las toallas de la playa.
- Y el descanso está completamente garantizado, ya que por las noches no existe bullicio alguno en esa calle.

Los colchones de las camas estaban hundidos por un lado, el servicio de limpieza había que pedirlo y no vimos a nadie ni había nada para pedir la limpieza y cambio de toallas

The property was clean and comfortable and facilities were good. The location in the heart of the old town was excellent.
The room was a bit tight for space…it was the last room left at the time so no issues.
The location is perfect. The owners were lovely and the attention to detail was amazing. It had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend. On a busy street but very quiet at night.
