We have selected this hotel which is nearer to our religious rituals .
Room lock handle fixing screws inside the room are loose and find difficult while looking & unlocking the room from outside. Coffee maker lid is in broken condition and unsafe for further usage as the lid is falling while pouring boiled water and hand is covered with high pressure steam and experienced burning sensation.

Room wasn’t clean, I got rashes n continuous itching, hair all over room, tea tray want clean, there was continuous sound of kitchen on upper floor n in lobby area. Breakfast was flat, minimum options, no taste.

The room and the amenities were decent. The sheets could have been better. The room service and in house food quality needs to improve as that is one place where this place lacks.
The food quality and the hygiene of the upholstery. It seemed unwashed and reused. A little more focus on the seets would create a greater impact.
Food was served in our rooms which was well managed
Breakfast is served quite late . It should be strictly be served from 7 AM onwards to facilitate guests for early checkout and plan rest of the day . The cost of breakfast was paid by us but due to unavailability of service couldn't be availed by us .
The curtains of the rooms has a stinky smell and has remained uncleaned for ages
Staff wrong
The staff are very good and very supportive, Most importantly they are very neat and clean. Room service was awesome. We had Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner all are sufficient for all three members and they have taken care of my lovely daughter she is just 8 months old and they provided hot milk for her every time we asked. Thank you so much 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Apart from the location, nothing was worth liking as such this time.
AC was not working properly
Breakfast was not up to the mark, and even the paid food was quite horrible.
While checking out, was charged more initially. However, after detailed discussion, paid the fair amount.
